Why? Is there some law that prohibits that? He just ordered an offensive attack on Iran and the military obeyed.
You also seem to forget he can simply fire people until someone says, "Yes, sir!".
The only exception I can think of is the initiation of a nuclear exchange without cause that would annihilate the US, in which case the 25th Amendment would probably be invoked in an expeditious manner.

If this actually had happened, there would be much more reliable reports and not a day or two afterwards. This would have been immediately reported and leaked to someone other than Larry Johnson. Johnson is either exagerating something (I could see Trump joking about it behind closed doors) or he isn’t smart enough to ask why he’d be the conduit for such a leak. Total BS.
