Not a snowball’s chance in hell
"Not a snowball’s chance in hell"
A New Yorker was accused of rape by a woman.
He denied it....
done. thanks.
Then you won’t have vaccines like the ones that ended polio and measles in this country (until Biden opened the Border and let all of the Typhoid Marias in)
The anti-vaxxer holy grail.
This will result in the end of vaccine production in the USA. No company in its right mind would produce vaccines in the legal climate that would result after repeal. All it would take is ONE jury full of RFK,Jr.s, to wipe the company out.
100% Yes !!!
Those vaccines were developed while companies could be held liable.
It’s the other 88 shots we wouldn’t have to deal with
Oh gawd... then Americans would only be as healthy as the Amish
In a free market, wouldn’t the price of the vaccine go up to cover the litigation losses? Wouldn’t people seek out the best combination of safety, effectiveness and price? Wouldn’t the vaccine manufacturers strive to make safe, effective and inexpensive vaccines?
I suppose the manufacturers could try to create shell corporations to shield themselves from liability. Not sure that would work, particularly with the legal industry salivating at the awards possible.
