This will result in the end of vaccine production in the USA. No company in its right mind would produce vaccines in the legal climate that would result after repeal. All it would take is ONE jury full of RFK,Jr.s, to wipe the company out.

In a free market, wouldn’t the price of the vaccine go up to cover the litigation losses? Wouldn’t people seek out the best combination of safety, effectiveness and price? Wouldn’t the vaccine manufacturers strive to make safe, effective and inexpensive vaccines?
I suppose the manufacturers could try to create shell corporations to shield themselves from liability. Not sure that would work, particularly with the legal industry salivating at the awards possible.
