Burchett — a member of the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets — recalled that he was briefed two weeks ago “on an issue” about extraterrestrial life that “would have set the Earth” on fire and “unglued” the country if released.
When Finnerty played a clip of former Rep. Matt Gaetz alleging knowledge of alien-human hybrid breeding programs, Burchett stopped short of directly addressing the explosive claims. “I’m still a member of Congress, so I can’t really comment too much on what Matt said,” Burchett told Finnerty.
“Wait, seriously?” Finnerty slightly pushed back.
“I’m being 100% serious,” Burchett replied.

We come in peace. We come in peace. Loved the movie Mars Attacks.
Mathematics (theory) often points the way, but not always. In every case you cited there was already existing physical evidence. Theory later made it usable and understandable. Scientists keep looking for evidence of wormholes, whiteholes, tachyons, etc. and find little other then wishful thinking to support their existence. An ongoing example dark matter\dark energy the physical evidence is now starting to fall apart, theoretical argument had never really gotten off the ground. Then there’s String Theory hundreds of PhD dissertations done, whole physics departments doing nothing but that, still no physical evidence. Strong case can be made that it’s a mathematical form of metaphysics.
Every time I see an alien a Bigfoot gets in the way!
“Don’t mind us. We’re just here for the Nickel-Iron and H2O. All of it.”
Meh. They must be smart enough to know not to engage with humans. 👽
How do you know there was any ‘scif’ meeting to start with?
LOL indeed
The 5th dimension

I’m just having my first shot of java, so bear with me. I cited rockets, lasers and space travel as an example of what did not exist before mankind made it happen. What ‘already existing physical evidence’ was there of those things before they were invented?
I guess my point is... most everything man has been inspired to create, mankind has managed to create (with God’s divine guidance and inspiration). If wormholes are real, then mankind will eventually discover them and use them, God willing. That’s all. Not trying to be contrarian here. I’d need lots more coffee for that gig.
There was a young TV personality, late 80s or early 90s, that wore that lipstick, had long silver hair, and wore contact lenses the same color as this models hair. She was quite the looker, I would let her abduct me any time.
I can imagine perpetual motion machines but they can’t be made!

As a devout SciFi fan... I say... let’s try it anyway!!!
If we do indeed have “aliens” lurking I believe they are Inter dimensional beings/demons. If they’re breeding with humans its a terrible idea. One Tucker Carlson is enough. 😏
“If aliens could teach Earth they would need to harness the power of their parent star and somehow overcome the issues with near light speed travel. The energy requirements render it impossible.”
God kept us in separated sheep pens for good reason. I do believe aliens exist given the ridiculous amount of life we find in the deep oceans. God loves to create life.
Given the distances between stars any alien technology that reaches us would likely be probes, machines, androids. An advanced civilization could adapt their home star system to their needs. Stars last a long time.
Having said all that it’s possible our government has found alien probe materials but I would be surprised if they could do much with it if it was advanced enough to reach us. Interesting to ponder.
LOL!
I’m with you. Those who were briefed are not likely as prepared to hear such as common men in women through out the world.
You might want to keep up on that field of physics then - Look up Dr. Miguel Alcubierre’s paper from 1994 and the work that’s been done on the topic since by several other groups. We still don’t know how it might be accomplished for certain; but we are exploring possibilities that aren’t affected by the light speed limit. Something that fifty years ago wasn’t even thought possible. So who knows what we might discover fifty years from now?
Actually, I am just scratching the surface. I do not agree with the $Hundreds of Billions being spent on AI data centers, but people have no idea how easy it is to have fun with AI generating images, audio, video and music or helping with other creative endeavors. Basically, so much of what you can imagine, AI can turn into entertaining and for some profitable endeavors.
Unfortunately, so much of what people are flooding YouTube, Facebook, and other online platforms with is AI produced slop... So that is a huge disadvantage.
Then there are those who think we already know all there is to know.
