Freepers, where's gasdr? He touted the wonderfulness of the covid vaccine and defended it vociferously. He was also a welcome poster on other topics. I note he hasn't posted anything since 10/31/25 and it's worrisome.

I am personally convinced that 3 doses of Pfizer or Moderna vax in 2020-21 greatly reduced the chances of having your lungs destroyed by SARS CoV 2 infection.

I am personally convinced that the 3 doses of Pfizer or Moderna vax in 2020-21 were the result of misdiagnosing what the COVID-19 virus really was, and the destruction of the lungs had nothing to do with the virus directly, but with the oxidative stress that the virus caused by binding to the ACE2 receptors in the endothelial cells.

Now that we know what the virus actually does, a simple regimen of Vitamin C, D3, Zinc, Quercetin, and NAC, taken at the first onset of symptons will rid the body of the virus within a week.

In hindsight, it just took us too long to figure this out, and the early treatments and intubation and ventilazers was treating the symptom, not the cause.

Now there are people who still have elevated levels of the spike protein in their bodies from the vaccine, and a niche market has evolved to "detoxify" the body of the mRNA induced spike proteins.

Back then, this site had a reputation for hazing the newcomers -- sort of a rite of passage.

In reality, it forced people to defend their opinions and prove they had the conviction to stand by their opinions.

I've seen too many people at work who are asked to give a recommendation and then collapse at the first tough question, thinking the boss is shooting them down when they are really just testing the confidence that the person has in their recommendation.

I get your point. But once someone understands their error, I think they should be welcomed back. Our numbers on the right are few enough. “Let’s keep an eye out for things like that going forward. Let’s work the problem so good people aren’t taken in like that again” is what I tell anyone who took it but sees now they were sold a bill of goods.

Perhaps the first thing to give me pause over Covid was a simple admonishment I read here on Free Republic just as it all started with the horror stories coming out China: “Do you believe what the CCP tells you?”
