A defiant Iranian regime is reeling from U.S. and Israeli military strikes, but one American who fled Iran as a child says some citizens are thanking the U.S. as a liberator.
Iranian American Armin Assadi said Iranians are dancing near where American bombs have landed, adding that for the first time in 47 years there is hope Iran may be free.
"You can literally see people singing and dancing in the streets, mere blocks away from where the first missile struck. That's craziness to have [to] find hope in being bombed," Assadi said on "Fox & Friends Weekend."
"That's how desperate these people are, and they're thanking America for it," he added.

Who was protesting a couple weeks ago? And who were the people the Iranian regime was killing? Pigmies? Amish?

The fastest growing religion in Iran is Christianity. Much of the populace has had enough of Islam. You need to listen to more than CNN and MSLSD.

The people are arming up from what I saw on YouTube yesterday. They’re waiting for the American/Israeli opposition to finish then they will be back out on the streets. Mossad has been handing out weapons and I would be surprised if the CIA and possibly the Kurds aren’t doing it too.
I think we have to be careful about the stories about what the Iranian people want. I think it is 100% true that Iranians in the cities - the urban population - hates the theocratic regime and wants them gone. Whether they want a Western democracy is another story; we can’t read that into their celebrations. But they hate their government. But keep in mind that there is a huge rural population that probably is very conservative and comfortable with theocratic Islam. I saw this in Turkey. If you go to Istanbul, you’d think you were in any European city. If you go into the hinterlands, you’d think you were in any Arab country.

History shows bombing alone will never led to a regime change.
Moreover, when the bombing causes the entire population to suffer (even those you're allegedly liberating), you unite the entire population against you.
