(WHTM) – U.S. Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) is reacting Saturday morning to the United States and Israel’s attack on Iran.
The attack, which reportedly appeared to target the compound home to Iran’s 86-year-old Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in downtown Tehran, comes as President Donald Trump claimed Iran has continued to develop its nuclear program and plans to develop missiles to reach the U.S.
“President Trump has been willing to do what’s right and necessary to produce real peace in the region,” said Fetterman on social media. “God bless the United States, our great military, and Israel.”

Amen!
Agreed! Why doesn’t he just switch parties already?
Now, when it could do some good, rather than after he dems kick him out.
Somehow I don’t think Dr Oz would have said the same thing.
If you flip a rat, you get a two-vote advantage.
It's GOLD, Jerry.
God bless Senator Fetterman!
Good response from a patriotic American.
Apparently, he's willing to sleep on the couch.
Dems would of continued to sit if Trump had asked these other questions in his state of the union speech.
1. Stand if you love America
2. Stand if you support the US military.
3. Stand if you support US Law Enforcement.
4. Stand if you support the US constitution.

Boy, did I call that election wrong. I thought Oz would win. And I thought he was the better of the two candidates.
I was of course wrong about who would win. And maybe I was wrong about the second part, too.
Fun fact: Dr Oz’s first name is Mehmet, which is the Turkish version of Muhammad. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.
His wife is a major lib.
Sen Fetterman never lost his common sense, seemingly better capable of thinking critically than his Dem colleagues, despite his health issues. he is also basically a decent human being. my kind of Democrat. there used to be more of them until they started kicking them out, like Joe Lieberman.
I was really, really wrong.
Letterman would be a hard core progressive if he thought it would get him re-elected.
He’s still infinitely more lucid than I thought he was going to be.
I was initially wrong about Fetterman, too. What turned the corner for me was how he handled pro-Palestinian protesters in front of the Capitol back in 2023.
Fetterman didn’t try to connect with them. And he didn’t sneak out the back door. He walked right past the crowd while carrying an Israeli flag. Remarkable.

I’m sure you mean Fetterman there. Anyway, that could be a wrong assessment. Fetterman is getting pressure from lefties in Pennsylvania. There is serious talk of primarying him.
If Fetterman was just another politician, he’d talk that into account, and tone things down a bit. But he’s not, as evidenced by this latest story.
“I’m hoping he switches to our party. It would burn bridges with the Democrats and would provide good incentives for him to be an actual Republican and less of a RINO than some of our current Republicans.”
I would take him over Cornyn, Lankford or Tillis.
Democrat security teams are on alert for an man named Fetterman who has wandered off the plantation.
