(WHTM) – U.S. Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) is reacting Saturday morning to the United States and Israel’s attack on Iran.
The attack, which reportedly appeared to target the compound home to Iran’s 86-year-old Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in downtown Tehran, comes as President Donald Trump claimed Iran has continued to develop its nuclear program and plans to develop missiles to reach the U.S.
“President Trump has been willing to do what’s right and necessary to produce real peace in the region,” said Fetterman on social media. “God bless the United States, our great military, and Israel.”

I’m hoping he switches to our party. It would burn bridges with the Democrats and would provide good incentives for him to be an actual Republican and less of a RINO than some of our current Republicans.

I’ve never been more wrong about what I expected a newly elected politician to be. The guy is a patriot after all.
It’s a pretty sad state of affairs in the democrat party when a rational editorial from within makes you seem like a pariah to them. They are a cult.
Let’s just hope the Iranian people step up. Like Democrats - which is probably why they love them so much - the regime has some of the strictest gun laws going which is why they were able to slaughter tens of thousands of Iranians. Is there any way to get arms to these civilians without the regime intercepting?

He is my dad’s kind of Democrat. When Carter became president my dad said, “I didn’t move away from the Democratic party. They moved away from me.” Fetterman should change parties as he will be primaried out of office.
I’m actually feeling bad about UP clicking the “Fetterman is brain dead” posts a few years back.
The dem party will punish him for his apostacy. The dem party has sworn loyalty to the encroaching force of islam and doesn’t tolerate dissent.
Trump is the first president since Reagan that has meant business with Iran.
The rest have all lollygagged and pretended to do something. Some as with Obama basically took the pressure off and allowed the problem to spread (Iraq and Yemen) and grow fast (nuclear program).
Obama was a national security nightmare and I do not think Americans truly realize just how bad he was and what position he put us in. The black, young, homo positive, Democrat could do no wrong by our MSM.
Funny how we can bomb countries on the other side of the planet (literally) for our national security, but Russia has no right to be concerned about what happens on their border, according to us. LOL
Not that I disagree with what we did, in fact it’s LONG overdue.
On one, Fetterman is quoted as saying: "God bless the United States, our great military, and Israel.”
And next door in the rota, Macron is quoted as saying: "The ongoing escalation is dangerous for all...."
I think I'd rather be in a foxhole with Fetterman than Macron, though at my age I'd rather not be in a foxhole at all.

I was all in for Oz. still preferable only because he might be the seat that gives the R’s majority in the Senate not that they’ve done much while in the majority. A SCOTUS seat might be in the cards this term.
Trump is rubbing the Iranians nose in this by primarily conducting daytime strikes. He gave the Ayatollah a deadline. He doesn’t kid with war. I spent the night waiting for this. Just woke up.
