Andrew is arrested and held in custody on his birthday after dramatic police raid on his home at Sandringham amid probe into Epstein files

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has today been arrested on his 66th birthday and is in police custody.

Thames Valley Police said the eighth in line to the British throne has been held on suspicion of misconduct in public office.

A force spokesman said officers are searching an address in Norfolk - believed to be Wood Farm where he is exiled - and an address in Berkshire, likely to be Royal Lodge in Windsor, where he lived for more than 20 years until this month.

'The man remains in police custody at this time', the spokesman said - but the force would not confirm where Andrew, who is celebrating his birthday today, had been taken.

Thames Valley Assistant Chief Constable Oliver Wright said: 'Following a thorough assessment, we have now opened an investigation into this allegation of misconduct in public office.

'It is important that we protect the integrity and objectivity of our investigation as we work with our partners to investigate this alleged offence.

'We understand the significant public interest in this case, and we will provide updates at the appropriate time.'

Andrew's arrest was revealed today around an hour after police were seen at Sandringham. Six unmarked police cars arrived at King Charles' Norfolk estate at just after 8am this morning.

Onlookers said the group of eight people were in plain clothes 'but appeared to be police officers'. One man appeared to be carrying a police-issue laptop.

And withstanding appeals in Deep State controlled courts.

People just freaking need to be patient.

People are looking at one of the daughters for $300k worth of travel she did in one year. And the claims Epstein made about how much money he had given Fergie

And they apparently didn’t arrest him for sex crimes with Epstein, but instead, for feeding Epstein state secrets.

Here in America, we SHOULD be able to arrest, prosecute and put in prison every person who was an Epstein client.

We can’t. Why? Because the insane leftists did everything they could to protect them. Not bringing charges in 2021-2025 for those who were in the files the Biden administration had, meant that the “knowledge of the crime” started the clock. And the left ran it out. So, we can’t charge on federal crimes, and unless you’re in Alabama cannot be arrested for state crimes because of statute of Limitations. Alabama just passed what could be considered a controversial and possibly one or two of Epstein’s client’s nightmare, which retroactively reverses the SoL and puts the death penalty on the board. The insanity of our court system means justice won’t be served. It’s sick.

Absolutely not about justice. According to news reports this morning, he was arrested not for his sex crimes, but for passing state secrets to Epstein. Which is a complete disgrace.

Actually, this is a very good question. Trump and Clinton(it seems) got out early, 2004ish. Before the first arrest and conviction. Andy was involved before the conviction and, with Fregie, went back for more. Why wasn’t there a wall for Andy??? Most of the other fools/criminals seemingly got involved with JE after his conviction (”I didn’t know!!!”) - Bill Gates et,al

I hate to break this too you, but it’s not illegal to patronize a prostitute in the UK.

And Epstein was running a honey trap.

The sex was a means to an end.

Violating the Official Secrets Act is a serious crime.

According to NBC this morning, apparently, the raid was related to him passing state secrets when he was on some committee, so NOT related to his sex crimes.

Re: "Prince Andrew arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office."

If the British Police plan to claim sex with 17 year old Virginia Giuffre in 2001, good luck with that.

Giuffre sued Epstein in 2009 and settled out of court for $500,000 - she never even mentioned being trafficked to Andrew.

The first time she accused Andrew was 2014, in a crime victim lawsuit, thirteen years after the alleged crimes.

The first time she sued Andrew was 2021, twenty years after the alleged crimes.

Giuffre settled with Andrew out of court for an unknown amount.

Andrew admitted no guilt.

It is completely possible that all the money went into the non-profit organization Giuffre created to help trafficked young women.

The photo of Andrew with his arm around Giuffre is actually a second photo of the alleged original photo.

Completely useless as evidence.

No one seems to be searching for the original photo or the photographer.

Think about this...

Every Western law enforcement and intel agency around the globe allowed Epstein and Maxwell access to their VIPs for well over a decade.

Why was that, hmmmm?

As I said. Not about sex crimes. It’s about espionage.

Not just about espionage.

Think about the business moguls targeted.

I’ll bet aquiring corporate secrets/proprietary info were also on Epstein’s to do list.

But unless corporate espionage is criminal, that’s a civil case.

And you can bet you won’t sew those people in civil court.

Well, lookee here. From AI, FWIW...

Corporate espionage is primarily a serious criminal offense in the U.S. under the Economic Espionage Act of 1996 (18 U.S.C. ยงยง 1831โ€“1839), which punishes the theft of trade secrets to benefit foreign entities or for commercial gain. Penalties include up to 15 years in prison and millions in fines. It can also be prosecuted civilly.

Note the timing of that act.

What a coinkydink.

Holy cow, did Deep State plan well.

Talk about an incentive to keep yer trap shut if you submitted to blackmail...

It’s gonna be harder than Hell to build a case for corporate espionage when the people submitting to blackmail can be done criminally as well as in civil court.

Deep State planned well, didn’t it.

And a note to the UK...

You can crow about that arrest all you want, but here in the US we are noting that Mandy hasn’t been picked up yet.

And a number of other pols/bureaucrats have been caught with their hand in the biscuit jar, and many still hold office.

See to your own house first.
