The mystery DNA found on a potentially crucial glove found near Nancy Guthrie’s Arizona home — as well as other genetic material in her house — do not match any records in the FBI’s database, officials said Tuesday.

The DNA in the glove was most likely from a Hispanic. Searching for a match by examining DNA profiles listed at genealogy sites will also likely be futile. Most people in the US who share their DNA on family tree websites and databases are white.

Exactly. I bet I could walk out onto the undeveloped side of the road 1/4 mile from my house and find gloves, masks, a sock or two…all sorts of garbage. The town does a good job keeping it clean, but it looks like every other lot in the country.

This is only going to be resolved when someone stumbles over the unmarked grave out in the desert. And it will likely not be solved any time soon.

Total longshot, time to move on. As many have said, they need to keep digging for evidence....probably in the Mexican desert. The perp is likely an illegal who overheard someone talking about working for this “famous” person who was elderly and somewhat frail...an easy target.
