I’m almost certain the poor woman has been murdered and buried in the desert-probably early on in the game-that is why there has been no proof of life. But I still think family or someone else close made the arrangements and hired this out. The whole thing just has that look to it-opportunities/coincidental events, lag in time her till absence was noticed does not match all the supposed concern
for her supposed medical issues, small changes in narrative, etc, etc. It does not match any kidnapping by a cartel I’ve heard of-there is no reason an obscure, older woman with no official status or important family other than a network news reporter would be taken by them, even if she were Hispanic. Hope I’m wrong...

It’s not a desolate part of town. The house is located in the 18 zip code which is a very nice area. La Encantada mall where AJ’s market (an AZ thing - great grocery store) is close by as well as Fleming’s steakhouse. A lot of upscale restaurants in the area. Her house looks like typical territorial style built during the 70’s and a lot homes along that Campbell corridor are on an acre.
I think Nancy knew the kidnapper. He deactivated the Ring camera and knocked on the door. Nancy let him in and he used the contents of his back pack to disable her and roll her out to his vehicle. No need to break windows or doors that would alert her. I think he took off a glove to enable the use of duct tape. In the hysteria he forgot his glove.
The FBI has done a second search at the home of Savannah Guthrie’s older sister, Annie Guthrie. Why is she getting FBI scrutiny?

The FBI has no jurisdiction over an Arizona homicide case, which is what this has surely become.

Yep. Maybe the sister was stuck with caring for her while Savannah was living the high life in NYC. Maybe the sister and BiL got tired of the annoying old lady and decided to end it.

How was it possible evidence was missed that was inside the house? More possible evidence found by the road. Seems some ones weren’t very competent.
