Super Bowl viewers were left 'sickened' after social media users began circulating English translations of Spanish lyrics from Bad Bunny's music following his headline-making halftime performance.
Following the show, critics branded the content 'pure degeneracy' and questioned why the NFL put the global superstar on its biggest stage.
The backlash erupted hours after the show, when conservative commentator Megan Basham posted screenshots of translated lyrics, which she described as 'the most obscene lyrics ever to be performed at a Super Bowl halftime.'
In his track, Safaera, Bad Bunny boast about explicit sexual acts, drug use and casual hookups, with repeated references to arousal and sex performed while intoxicated.
One widely shared translation paraphrases a line suggesting that a woman’s partner is inadequate if he does not perform a specific sexual act.
Other tracks of his, like Tití Me Preguntó, reference juggling multiple sexual partners and genital size.
'These are the lyrics Christians are being told they should have embraced and celebrated,' Basham wrote, adding that she was disturbed by claims that kids would 'get a kick out of hearing this Spanish.'
In a follow-up post, Basham acknowledged that some lyrics were altered for the Super Bowl broadcast but insisted that portions remained intact - and that the artist's broader catalog was still being celebrated publicly.
Others quickly echoed her reaction.

Hat tip to the UK Daily Mail. Yes, I know it’s a leftie news source. And they do love their sensational headlines.
But the Daily Mail will often report on issues that everyone else would prefer to leave alone.
The left has no idea how bad this will backfire
The US is in the middle of a communist revolution.
The communists run operations.
They took of latenight TV and they took over the Superbowl halftime show.
Bad Bunny was communist propaganda forced on the nation.
Roger Goodell had no say in the matter.
The target of the operation were those in the audience who would be swayed by the Bunny and become useful idiots in the revolution and division.
That is all there is to say. Everything else is a waste of time.
Trump is the only backstop to all this.
Just what I have seen of clips from news programs, the dancing was degenerating. Crotch grabbing and butt shaking. Real entertainment.
To be fair, so does Kid Rock.
The left looks at this as a big win.

If Joy Reid still had her own talk show, she would become riveted on the inane ‘controversy’ of why aren’t there black courtesy phones, or if there are, then they are ‘oddly underepresented’ in our national airports?” She would hold a three day panel discussion with remote reporting from that huge airport in Atlanta, Ge.

I got the impression he’s dropping the “Kid Rock” persona and will go by his real name from now on.
Anybody who watched that sewage:
1) Did so voluntarily.
2) Did so knowing that this particular performer is a pervert.
Whoever watched the GAME (let alone the halftime show) cast their vote of SUPPORT for this depravity, 100%. Boycott all the ADVERTISERS too because IF THEY CHOOSE NOT TO SUE THE NETWORK WHO CARRIED THE GAME, they are ALSO complicit.
We’re not in the middle of it...the revolution was in the 60s. We’re at the beginning of the end of it, that’s why it’s getting violent.
The lyrics were some seriously sick , degenerate stuff.
