The DLL updates could be from MS with its crap like C++ stuff. Depends on the libraries used by the software developer. they are always updating this and it’s after certification. Some DLL’s maybe owned by dominion but for the next voting cycle you are creating a new domain to work with. Pic an app on your PC and check how many DLLs there are.

I’ve been watching elections since the 60s, and they never, ever stopped voting in any state for that long, but they have 5 states, all stop the votes all at sametime. It was such a bunch of corruption, unbelievable. And if anybody could believe that Biden could win more votes than Obama, that’s crazy, ever, what about the fact that now, this year we have about 20 million less votes than the other years?

.DLL files are changed any time a software or operating system update is applied. DLL means Dynamic Linking Library and is code that is accessible to any program running on the machine. Most programs use DLL code because it saves the programmer time which would have to be used to create the functionality of the library. A good example would be a random number generator. You could write the code for a random number generator fairly easily but why would you take the time when it is in a DLL?

I guess the gist is that the .DLL files would never be updated unless the machine was connected to the internet but it is possible that they could be changed using physical installation media. I’m not sure this is going to be much of a smoking gun.

Once certified, the only changes that could possibly occur would be due to illegal access.

It says nothing about serving, being inaugurated, or being sworn in.

If a court rules that Trump was elected in 2020, his service will be over.

The Georgia Legislature appointed Biden Electors and after they voted it was over.

And once their votes arrive at the Special Joint Session for counting, does XXII regulate what the President of the Senate (who counts the votes) may and may not do?

Technically, there was no vote counting on Jan 6, there was only accepting and rejecting of state certificates.

The President of the Senate (Pence) who held the gavel did not have the authority to pause, delay, or suspend proceedings in the event an objection to one or more certificates was formally delivered. The Session was automatically paused while both the House and the Senate returned to their respective chambers to consider and decide the rejection of a certificate(s).

It appears that Pence, a leader of the R party at no time made an effort to urge the pursuit of that course of action, notwithstanding credible evidence of voting violations in one or more states.
