NY Giants co-owner Steve Tisch named in latest Epstein files
ESPN News Service ^ | 1/30/26 | ESPN

Convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein connected New York Giants co-owner Steve Tisch with numerous women, according to scores of emails among the more than three million documents released by the Justice Department on Friday.

Tisch's name pops up at least 440 times among the documents released so far. The emails, first reported by The Athletic, range from the mundane -- "Jeffery says Steve Tisch might come over around 7-7:30 tonight. Snacks for everyone!" -- to the profane. In one email, Epstein asks: "did you contact the great ass fake tit [name redacted]."

Tisch, 76, is chairman, co-owner and vice president of the Giants and has produced dozens of Hollywood films, including "Forrest Gump" and "Risky Business." Calls by ESPN to Giants headquarters on Friday were not immediately returned.

According to documents released as part of the broader release of Epstein-related files, most of Tisch's correspondence with Epstein appears to be from about 2013. In one email, dated April 21, 2013, Epstein appears to be setting up Tisch with someone named Katya.

The Mara family had to sell half the team to this crew just to pay the federal estate tax when the old man died. The death tax sucks.

The Tisch’s are arrogant, leftist, self-hating NY Jews.

Jonathan Tisch runs the Loews Hotel company. The family were tight with the Trump family. They helped get NYC out of debt in the 70s.

Their hotels used to run an interview Jonathan had with Trump years before 2016. I bet they no longer run it.

I wonder if Trump still calls them good friends.

Now John Mara is hanging on with cancer. There might be an end to the Mara era that began 101 years ago.

you know that whatever was going on at his “resort”
is almost certainly going on at a hundred additional places right NOW
but the mass media is happy exploiting, writing lurid (and quite possibly accurate but still lurid) stories about the one place that’s closed down

wonder why they don’t write about the similar “resorts” that are open and operating? maybe they’re just too busy patronizing them? or? smiles smiles

Who is the victim? The bait or the fish?

Will these “Epstein Files” include video of Hillary throwing scotch glasses at Bill, demanding that he go, in support of a “friend”?

No different than Rockefeller or Getty...This is the life of the rich and famous. Doesn't mean they were involved in Epstein's nasty business.

Then there's High Hefner...you think all those bunnies were 18??

Doesn’t sound so mundane to me:

“Jeffery says Steve Tisch might come over around 7-7:30 tonight. Snacks for everyone!”

I suspect Tisch will be forced to sell his interest in the Giants.

” Epstein connected New York Giants co-owner Steve Tisch with numerous women.” Shouldn’t that read “underaged children.?”

Well Jessica Tisch is the Police Commissioner in NYC and by all accounts has done a great job, although she may be forced out by Mandami.

Likely was, though that part maybe only documented in the mass of video evidence the FBI is pretending doesn’t exist. (Oh, wait. Blanche referred to withholding the kiddy videos today, but somehow they don’t have such evidence?)

That’s not true. The Tisch Family purchased half of the Giants in 1991, from Tim Mara. Tim was Wellington‘s nephew, and they hated each other. Wellington did not die until 2005, long after the Tisch family purchased their share of the Giants. When Wellington died, he passed his portion of the team onto his wife, bypassing the estate tax altogether. There’s a reason why rich people pay as few taxes as possible, because they have access to the best estate planning and tax lawyers in the country.

There couldn't've been only underage girls working on that island. There had to have been groundskeepers and maintenance guys and maids and porters and valets and cooks and desk clerks and concierges and bartenders and hundreds of other people doing all kinds of jobs.

I work at a medium size restaurant/bar and we have over 50 employees.

How could none of those employees have been interviewed by journalists or authorities?

And where did they all go?

Apologies for my error, and thank you for the correction. My memory was off. I think I may have conflated the Mara family with the Halas family in Chicago... with the latter paying off the estate taxes by selling a stake in the Bears after George “Papa Bear” Halas died in the ‘80s.

The Mara family patriarch was a bookie... And they’re surprised that new partial owner is a pedophile?

LOL

The Mara family had to sell half the team to this crew just to pay the federal estate tax when the old man died.

That is 100% false. NYG founder Tim Mara turned over the ownership of the team to his sons Jack and Wellington back in the 1930s. Jack died in 1965, and his wife and son Tim (Wellington’s nephew) took over that 50% ownership stake.

Tim Mara sold his 50% stake in the team to Bob Tisch in 1991. Steve Tisch is Bob’s son, and he presumably took over the Tisch side of the ownership when Bob died in 2005.

I think estate taxes considerations for Art Modell were a big factor in the relocation of the Cleveland Browns to Baltimore.

Cool. Sorry about that. I read these threads from top to bottom and post comments along the way. LOL.
