Pamela Bondi's mission - The arc of history bends toward arrests.

Pamela Bondi has taken something of a beating from the MAGA team over the past year. The reasons aren’t hard to discern, and are no fault of hers. It seems that a lot of the less informed among our crew seriously expected her to step into office and immediately set out to arrest Pelosi, Schumer, Sanders, and whoever, and were sorely disappointed when this didn’t happen. Evidently, they have not heard the adage that begins, “The mills of justice grind slowly…” or have any familiarity with the legal process.

There was the matter of “Epstein files,” which tripped her up the first week, but this was a case – not at all unheard of among Republican administration officials – where she was shafted by own her staff (appointed, let us keep in mind, by the Dems), who told her it was the real thing and then dropped old, already released trash on her desk. Very few seem to recall that there were a slew of firings shortly after this incident. We can be sure that among them were the people who pulled this particular stunt.

Since then, Bondi’s record has been little less than spectacular. In addressing the judges’ revolt against the Trump administration, she has confronted the often absurd decisions against the administration in good time and seen most of them overturned.

Since last January she has gained victories involving immigration enforcement, cutting the Education Department workforce, attempts by local judges to seize tax money on behalf of schools, cutting NIH grants, shutting down USAID and eliminating over $4 billion in bogus aid, attempts by minor-league judges to block Trump’s policy initiatives, and forcing trannies to use their birth sex on passports.

Bondi’s win rate before the Supreme Court stands at 92%, which would be impressive under any circumstances

Bondi is short of loyal staff in DC. She can easily hire 200 go-getters who live in anywhere USA. They work remotely while flying into DC 2x monthly for 3x days, for face to face and coordinate activities. Thus no family has to be uprooted from North Dakota, Ohio, etc.

Worth remembering.

We are still a nation of laws and are restricted in methods for a reason. If you want an efficient govt, I suggest that there are other places to live.

I wanna have faith. I wanna beleive that the pendulum will swing back tothe right b3cause the na5ion has had its fill of lawlessness.

The bible states that those who are tasked with responsobi, ities like judges, lawyers etc have a massive responsibi, ity to judge righteously, objectively. Too many lawyers and judges ignore that warning in the bible.

There are many verses, but heres o e of the main ones:

Leviticus 19:15

“Do not pervert justice; do not show favoritism to the poor or favoritism to the great, but judge your neighbor fairly.” – Leviticus 19:15

Proverbs 12:22

“The Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy.” – Proverbs 12:22

The second verse i 5hink of the derick chauvin trial and zimmerman trial, and how so much lying took place to get or try to get convictions. The jury in the chauvin trial were efen basically threatened by governor to turn in a guilty plea rega4dless of the facts, and they were threatened by intimidators who followed their bus one day when being transported. There was no way chaivin was getting a fair trial with objrctive truth seekers.

Nice post. I've never been a Bondi-basher as I realize there is always more afoot than we know.

Who amongst us has not made a mistake? That's what grace is for.

So we pray for Pam, her brother Marco Rubio and her sister Brooke Rollins.

I have little doubt I'll see them on the other side of eternity.

Like you, I get my sense of faith and hope from scripture. I think, eventually, the pendulum will swing back to the point of common sense and justice. Unknown when.

I don’t know the lady personally but one thing I do know is that if you go into court with half a case you’re going to end up with NO case...

Nice spin. I’m not falling for it. 2020 election fraud. Nothing happening. J6. Nothing. Debanking Republicans. Nothing. I could go on and on.

Bondi caved to the leftist mob and hung George Zimmerman out to dry.

That kind of cowardice is her eternal legacy—no matter what she does from this point forward.

She can’t even arrest one person of any consequence.

She did approve of Comey being arrested. The judge threw out the case.

The case was thrown out because the judge decided the prosecutor was improperly appointed.

Sort of lost track of that case. I know DOJ appealed.

It seems to me that there might be several Democrats that should be on trial right now, but aren’t as far as I can tell by reported news. I am old, so will I live long enough to see any actual justice brought forth?

I wish FR had a ‘like’ button for posts like yours.
I still wonder why President Trump picked her.

I don’t blame her for not going after the big fish, I blame her for not going after the small fry, the little psychopaths who did their boss’s bidding.
We know the trick. The Dems pioneered it: indict, or threaten to, and they have to hire a DC lawyer. The prospect of bankruptcy will make most of them cooperate. Then they can start to move up the ziggurat.
Any Republican who refuses to go this route on the basis of “principle” has neither sense nor principle: minnows grow into fish.

“30 years of rot in the DOJ can’t be fixed in a few months’

Exactly. Everyone in the DOJ except for the political appointees is likely a treacherous Democrat operative. How many conservative employees are there, that will zealously prosecute the crimes? And not deliberately sabotage or slow walk the casas? It is likely also the same in every government department and agency.
