Ventura didn’t go to Vietnam, also he was UDT and didn’t do SEAL training, the Navy changed things years later and anyone who was UDT can now call themselves SEALs although they were pure UDT and never served in a SEAL unit or did SEAL training.
Drug use for the young age group in Vietnam was less than it was for the same age group civilian counterparts back in the states, not more.

It is much more complicated than that. There is a sort of secret syndicate of groups, Masons are one, CIA is another, and mostly a massive domestic intelligence/surveillance thing which these people are all a part of. It was formed based on the Stasi, but kept completely secret from regular Americans, and it actually sends its kids into the schools to assess and build files on the other kids, like Kid spies operating under an adult command structure that takes all their info and decides what to do with each kid, as they’re looking for who could challenge its control when they grow up by rising too high. There are a bunch of them here on FR but they will not own up to it openly due to shame, I suspect.

It is all coming up on a reckoning, and having seen these people myself, I am not sure Trump will be able to hold the nation together when it all comes out. A friends Father (a cowboy/ex-bronc rider) built a saloon in eastern Montana. A group of Minnesota hunters stopped by. Supposedly, ventura was a member of the group. After he got rowdy the bar owner put a pistol to ventura’s family jewels and suggested he settle down or leave.

You can see that the vast geographical area of the state is red but the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro and a couple of other regions (like Rochester, Moorhead, and the Iron Range for instance) have greater numbers than the rest of the state. I live in far northwestern MN (Crookston) and the Trump signage FAR outnumbered the Biden (2020) or Harris (2024) signs.

Perhaps he’s making these statements to,,number one , remind people that he’s still alive, and number two, to prove to everyone that he is liberal.
