If the Somali fraudsters produced a Netflix special, the title would be “C.R.E.A.M.: Cash Rules Everything Around Minnesota.” And the center of this fraudulent universe might very well be Ilhan Omar. Once a woman with negative net worth is now listed as a multimillionaire in Congress. How coincidental that this multi‑billion‑dollar fraud scandal detonated in her own district.
Back in 2019, Omar’s financial disclosure looked like the starter pack of a millennial fresh outta college: more debt than dollars. Fast forward to 2024, and her household reports a combined net worth between $6 million and $30 million — a 3,500 percent increase. That’s not growth. That’s a financial supernova.
What changed? Two things:
One, the nearly mythical rise of Rose Lake Capital, the venture firm launched by her husband, former political consultant Tim Mynett. And two, one of the largest welfare fraud schemes in U.S. history — primarily among nonprofit and social‑services claims in Minnesota — exploded right under Omar’s watch.
From Zero to (According to Them) Sixty Billion Rose Lake Capital was worth basically zilch in 2023 — under $1,000 — according to Omar’s own disclosures. A year later, the firm’s reported value exploded into the multi‑million range and claimed to manage tens of billions in assets — the kind of figure that makes Wall Street lifers gasp into their monthly Bloomberg newsletters.
Then things got weird. As federal prosecutors charged dozens of people — nearly 90 individuals so far — in connection with Minnesota’s sprawling fraud investigations, Rose Lake quietly scrubbed the names of its leadership, including former Obama administration officials, from its website.
The timing wasn’t just odd. It was cinematic.
One week: federal indictments pile up. Then the next week: your firm removes all trace of the folks whose resumes once helped sell your credibility. Fishy?

I couldn’t resist...Bobby Fuller Four - I Fought The Law(1966)
Her choice is either 1) hide it / give a false figure, or 2) report it publicly, and deal with the consequences
Particularly for a scummy, 3rd world politician like her, I wonder why she didn't simply give a false number? Its an "estimate" anyway, so I'm sure there's a lot of wiggle-room on the final number, and what penalties could she possibly face for giving a false estimate of her wealth?
Dats Rassiss!
If Netflix was involved then Omar the brother lover would probably be played by Allison Hannigan.

Believe it when I see it
On the road again.....
” Once a woman with negative net worth is now listed as a multimillionaire in Congress. “
That is the goal of nearly all Congress members. That is why Omar will never spend one minute in jail. I’d bet money on that.
Ilhan Omar on the Road to Prison.
As she should be. But I won’t believe it until I see it. The GOP is weak.
She has the Somali “get out of jail free” card.
She and Pelosi have the same stock brokers.

$5 says that hate-America skank will never see the inside of a courthouse, let alone a jail cell.

There was a Broadway show and movie Fiorello, about the life of corrupt NYC Mayor Laguardia.
Great song was “A Little Tin Box.”
Reporters and political reformers caught him making a fortune on a small public servant’s salary. He said he saved spare coins and any extra money in a little tin box and it added up. A Rolls Royce and designer suits resulted.
Host Tony Randall: It was about political corruption in New York City and about politicians who took graft and bribes. Thank goodness we don’t have any of that sort of thing today.

Dream on. Her going to jail is fan fiction. She’s guilty as hell, but there is simply no way the judges would convict her. And any jury with any females or blacks will have at least one who votes not guilty.
