Freerepublic not loading correctly on android phone
Posted on 12/26/2025 11:44:55 AM PST by Joshua
Recently freerepublic stopped loading correctly on my Samsung phone. The spacing between lines are off and the font is too small and can't be adjusted to fit the page correctly. I've tried all the options on the phone, and returned to my carrier to fix it. They claim it has to be a website problem. Is anyone else having this problem, or know how to correct it?

Same here on a Pixel 9. Use the zoom. It’s better but not like before.

It’s not going to load for anyone if it misses the fundraiser.

Chrome on pixel 6a very small font, has been like that for a few weeks
Firefox on same phone has a normal size font

Try rotating your phone to "horizonatal", i.e. "landscape" aspect.

It’s FR. On my android I’ve had to use the zoom function and make it 147% to reach a comfortable font size. You can find instructions on Google for specifying a zoom for particular websites.

The ultimate FR computer issues response. I was scrolling to find it, or I was going to post it my self
