Los Angeles Rams star Puka Nacua has come under fire after devising a touchdown dance which includes an offensive Jewish stereotype during a live stream with two YouTubers.
Nacua, who is in his third season with the Rams, appeared on a stream with popular content creators Adin Ross and N3on earlier this week ahead of their crucial Thursday night showdown with the Seattle Seahawks.
As well as taking a swipe at NFL referees and Taylor Swift, the 24-year-old receiver sparked a more alarming type of controversy when he was captured working on an antisemitic touchdown dance with Ross, who is Jewish himself.
Ross encouraged Nacua to perform the celebration, which first sees him spin the ball and flex before rubbing his hands together, with the latter gesture becoming a signature move of the streamer to reference a degrading concept of Jewish people.
It is unclear whether the NFL player was aware of the antisemitic stereotype the dance is based upon.
Nacua's agent, Justin Schulman of Athletes First, responded to The Athletic's request for comment by saying: 'No comment needed.' Daily Mail has also approached Schulman and the Los Angeles Rams.

For reference, Puka also said that concussions aren't real.
Yeah. Tucker Carlson BAD MAN!
Well, greedy, to say stuff for money. Look, this guy worked for MSNBA for five years, for CNN and PBS. He will take money from anyone and say anything.
I have been around Jews of various shades all my life and in different parts of the country. I have never heard of a anti-semetic Jewish Stereotype touchdown celebration. I think someone is looking for a reason to get offended.
Go Rams!
Sorry. I’m not connecting the dots here. Rubbing hands is antisemitism?
Why can’t they just play the game they’re being payed to play and leave the damn politics alone?

This is an example.
Because no one has done it before. For good reason.
Mr. Burns is Jewish?
During the GSOT (”Greatest Show on Turf”) era, the Rams were penalized for a celebration of the “Bob and Weave”, because it was coordinated and involved multiple players. I would be all for having a strict definition of what you CAN do, and stick to it. I find that female NFL fans seem to like the celebrations. I find it weird.
Who are you talking about?
“It is unclear whether the NFL player was aware of the antisemitic stereotype the dance is based upon.”
So a pro athlete makes a common gesture often not associated with antisemitism, probably because he is unaware that somebody considers it antisemitic, but suddenly he is a Nazi.
Got it.
Idiocy. Pure idiocy. There is no story here and no antisemitism either.
NFL should ban these end zone antics, especially the interception rush to the end zone cameras....................it’s gotten old..........
If I make an “okay” sign I’m supposedly saying “white power”. Now if I rub cold hands together I’m a Nazi.
Drugs are bad, mmmkay?
And I can find dozens of instances in a totally non Jewish context. In the movie Animal House there is a scene where the character Flounder is rubbing his hands in glee and saying “oh boy, this is great.” It was a common gesture in a variety of contexts that had nothing to do with antisemitism. Does this football player have a history of antisemitism or just being an all round jerk?
“They took my thumb Chollie!”
That’s anti-ericroberts.
I get this is a symbol for “greedy” (or your hands are cold).
And I know the stereotype (which really is not fair) that us Jews are greedy.
But I don’t see how this has anything to do with a “Jewish stereotype”.
As noted on the thread, Mr. Burns (Episcopalian, if I recall my Simpsons’ lore), Scrooge McDuck, and Ebenezer Scrooge all do this gesture. Not Jewish.
I don’t see any particular link to Judaism.
How about we worry about:
(1) the Bondi beach massacre;
(2) the attempt at a repeat of the Bondi beach massacre today;
(3) the drive-by shooting of a house decorated for Hanukkah;
(4) the attempt to burn down the Hillel house (and everyone inside) yesterday
(5) the stabbing of the Jewish guy in NYC for being Jewish.
Etc.
Let’s focus on actual events, people. Kill the woke stuff.
