Myocarditis from COVID-19 vaccines is caused by two chemicals acting together, according to a new Stanford study published on Wednesday.
“As a cardiologist, we get asked all the time, ‘How exactly does [the vaccine cause myocarditis?]’” Dr. Joseph Wu, the study’s lead author and director of the Stanford Cardiovascular Institute, told The Epoch Times.
“We thought it was a very important scientific and clinical question to spend resources [on] and tackle.” When an mRNA vaccine is given, immune cells release a surge of cytokines called CXCL10 and IFN-gamma, which damage heart muscles and cause immune cells to enter the injury site.
The study was done in human cells and mice.
Previous studies have also shown these two chemicals to be high in people injured by the mRNA vaccines.
When administering the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines to human cells, the first immune cells to encounter the vaccine, called macrophages, release CXCL10 to recruit more immune cells to the area.
In the second phase, more specialized cells come to the area, releasing IFN-gamma in response, and it’s these two chemicals together that directly injure heart cells. This damage encourages more inflammatory cells to enter the heart, causing myocarditis.
Wu said that the immune cells are likely releasing these two chemicals because they detect foreign mRNA from the vaccines.
Mice given the vaccine experience heart damage, a rise in these two chemicals, as well as higher levels of inflammation in other organs, such as the liver and kidneys.
Wu noted that they had to use higher concentrations of the mRNA vaccine than what a person would get per dose in the study. Therefore, the reactions may be more severe than what is observed in real life.
“These two cytokines cause inflammation to the blood vessels. They could cause inflammation to the heart,” Wu said, adding that they can also cause inflammation in other areas like the muscles and joints, which may be why some people experience joint and muscle pains.
He said that myocarditis from COVID-19 vaccinations is rare and that the viral infection is of greater concern.
Mice that were given genistein continued to release antiviral signals in their body when given the vaccine, which indicates that their immune system recognized the vaccine.
Genistein is anti-inflammatory and acts like estrogen inside the body. Since myocarditis primarily affects young men, Wu said that they thought estrogen, a female hormone, may be protective against myocarditis.
“But we can’t be giving estrogen to boys, right? So here we give genistein, which is a weak phytoestrogen—plant-based estrogen, very weak.”
Other studies have also speculated on other causes of myocarditis from vaccination. One potential reason is autoimmunity, which occurs when the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks itself. Because the spike protein produced by the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine has certain features that are the same as those in human proteins, when the immune system attacks these spike proteins, some of the antibodies it produces may also attack the body’s own tissues. This can lead to attacks on the heart and result in myocarditis.
Further research has also speculated on other causes of myocarditis from vaccination, such as spike proteins made from the vaccine causing damage or hormone-driven reasons.
Cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough said that the study did not look into why mRNA vaccines could cause the release of chemicals, such as the presence of mRNA and spike proteins, which he considers to be the root cause of myocarditis from vaccinations.
Previous studies have detected the presence of mRNA and spike proteins in the heart tissues of people who suffered from myocarditis post-vaccination.

The rate of myocarditis in young males, the highest risk group, mediated by the mRNA Covid vaccines is as high as 0.300 per 1,000.
The rate of myocarditis mediated by the venerable vaccinia virus smallpox vaccine in young males, the highest risk group, is 4.63 per 1,000.
Every Boomer received the smallpox vaccine and has the arm scar to prove it.
The rate of myocarditis for the smallpox vaccine is over 10x the rate of myocarditis for mRNA Covid vaccines. Some studies have it at nearly 20x.
This data comes largely from the US Army, which has maybe the largest data set of anyone. It’s readily available using this internet thingy. Grok and other AI agents will even go out and find it for you.
If myocarditis were dangerous, 10 to 20 times as many Boomers would have been keeling over in their youth, clutching their arm scars, dying heart rending deaths, verus today’s young guinea pigs for the totally scary mRNA bioweapon, or whatever nonsense the paranoids are calling it now.

Now researchers are saying a .3 per 1,000. Why should I believe the new numbers any more than I believed the first lies? Has the army been reporting the true numbers?
The mRNA molecule is encapsulated with a lipid nanoparticle. How can it affect anything when this encapsulation isolates the mRNA from any contact with anything other than its target molecules?
In contrast mRNA induced myocarditis results in serious and irreversible damage to heart tissues resulting in chronic disability

For smallpox vaccine: "From 1996 through 2007, among 416,629 vaccinated adults in the Vaccine Safety Datalink, we identified one probable pericarditis case and no cases of myocarditis in the 42 days following a live viral vaccination." link
For covid vaccine: "For young men aged 18 to 24 years, the risk can reach about 20.02 cases per 100,000 doses, particularly after the second Moderna vaccine dose." link
Per your suggestion, I ran it through Grok and found that NO cases (ZERO) per 416,629 is significantly less than 20.02 per 100,000. Who would have thought?
I suspect the higher rate of injury to military recruits, the people in the US most likely to get smallpox vaccine. I believe harm is partly caused by the fact they are being given a whole bunch of vaccines at the same time. Also they are being stressed with heavy exercise and lack of rest as well as exposure to germs of many people. Frankly, I think it is criminal for military to vaccinate our soldiers this way, rather do it over a longer time period, with fewer types of vaccine per treatment. And when they are having school type training rather than during the hard physical part of their training.
When I was told I would not be able to have Thanksgiving with my partner and his family (and the new baby) unless I was vaccinated, I reluctantly took the 2 J&J shots. I was definitely trying to avoid the new mRNA technology, but then my partner and I had a series of illnesses that were alike in symptoms and duration even though he had taken Moderna. I finally saw reports that all 3 vaccines did something with spike proteins that could be a problem. My partner’s health had been run down by treatment for cancer in the fall of 2022, and my health had suffered from worry and nervous nibbling which put my BMI to 27.5. I was above 25 BMI which seems to be a point at which our important Vitamin D is absorbed into our fat rather than circulating in our blood stream where it does the most good. At my Dec. 2021 physical my D level was an optimum 66, but my Dec. 2022 level was insufficient or below either 20 or 30 depending on which figure Kaiser Permanente was using. It was right after that we both started bouts of about 6 or 7 illness events. We had almost no illness in the years from 2000 to 2020.
I had already come to the conclusion that spike protein had been a factor in our illnesses. Then last Spring I read a report that spike protein could be removed from the body using supplements. The ones they recommended were curcumin (turmeric), Nattokinase and bromalein. Later online research indicated there were other candidates as well. At any rate in June I bought the 3 listed and started including them in our daily supplement packages. Neither of us have had a significant illness since. I have had one or two sore throats which cleared up quickly (a day or 2) with extra Vitamin C.
My brother had also been dealing with cancer in fall 2022, and like my partner was doing well with conventional chemo in his case, and both with the supplements I was providing. In early Spring 2023 I phoned my brother and he was happy to be doing well with this combined approach, and then announced happily he had just had his 4th Covid shot. My heart sank because I had just read a small science study which had show serious disruption to the IgG immune system from repeated Covid shots. I did not tell my brother because he was so happy. Two weeks later I phoned again and he was now on a much more severe chemo, and his liver cancer was growing rather than shrinking, and he was taking a $20,000 experimental medicine for a study. He also said he felt like he was dying fast.
I have now helped 3 people shrink their cancers by using a combination of conventional treatment and certain supplements my searches discovered seemed helpful. Here is what I have recommended:
1. A combination of Quercetin and Zinc, using Q as an IONOPHORE to help Zinc get into cancer virus infected cells. This came from reading an excited report from doctors in late Spring 2020 who found all 9 common cancer tissues they examined were extremely deficient in Zinc, even .when surrounding healthy tissue was well supplied. One even suggested they should do a study using an IONOPHORE to help the Zinc get into cancer infected cells. HCQ or Ivermectin and zinc might be even more effective, but you can buy Quercetin 500 mg. and Zinc 50 mg. at Walmart. I think my partner and brother were taking one or two, morning and evening. Prolonged use of zinc may require added copper, Google the interactions of zinc and copper.
A second discovery was that Astaxanthin which I had been taking and helping my Cataracts, could cause cancer cells to have a shorter life span and normal cells to live longer. Thus I added 10 or 12 mg. Astaxanthin morning and evening to the supplements for my partner and brother. A friend who was dealing with a rare cancer did a lot of on line research on Astaxanthin, zinc and quercetin. Even though her oncologist was completely disinterested she decided to take them and her cancer tissue was actually shrinking. Then one very hot day last summer, she passed out in her doctor’s office and was hospitalized. The hospital never allowed her to take her supplements, and she slowly weakened and finally died this fall. If you decide to use supplements, be sure to get a lawyers statement ordering hospitals to allow you to use the supplements you wish. Also if you can find a doctor who practices, believes in, or tolerates Complementary Medicine you will have an easier time using such methods and getting effective advice on mixing the treatments.

It may not be the mRNA, but rather the spike protein that all 3 vaccines cause/influence in the body. After vaccines in 2021, my partner tested positive for cancer and both he and I suffered from a series of identical illness for similar periods of time even though I took J&J while he took Moderna, both of which had spike protein effects.
My 34 year old nephew was murdered by the pharma companies.
He died from myocarditis. I have a cousin who was the only one in his family to take the deadly vaccine. His 3 sisters and brother did not. He now has ALS. No one on his mothers side or his dads side ever had this. He was a big supporter of vaccines. I believe it was some combination of them that caused his first born to be mentally and physically crippled. His 3 other sons were not. I wonder if they were not given all the many dozens of shots and what happened.
The vaccine is given with an intramuscular shot. It’s supposed to be injected very slowly because doctors have always known that some of an IM shot will get into the blood stream. But when the pharmacist tells the “clerk” who received about five minutes of training, “large quite a crowd out here” that means inject faster.
The body’s blood circulates several times per day through the heart. The mRNA vaccine delivery vehicle is a piece of modified RNA wrapped in fat ball. Picture a ping pong ball floating down the Ohio river. But that ball will go through the heart several times before it lands on a cell, where it sticks instantly. The cell sucks in the modified RNA and it instantly highjacks the cells mechanism and starts churning out spike proteins. When the body’s immune system spots them, it sends in cells that are essentially biological grenades. The see a spike protein and they “explode” killing all the cells in the area. That damage instantly causes more immune cells to hit the area causing inflammation.
If that little flat globule lands on a different organ, you’re unlikely to notice as it might swell, but it likely won’t kill you or even be noticed. It bothers me that nowhere in the article were any of these widely known facts mentioned.
