A Utah man accused of assassinating conservative superstar Charlie Kirk smirked as he made his first public appearance in court.
Tyler Robinson, 22, appeared inside a Utah courtroom flanked by his legal team as they pushed to further limit media access in the high-profile criminal case.
It was the first time Robinson was seen in person after making previous court appearances via video or audio feed from jail.
He was seen smiling as he engaged in deep conversation with his legal team before the hearing started.
As he entered the courtroom he smiled at the people sitting in a row reserved for family, where his mother teared up and wiped her eyes with a tissue.
Robinson's legal team and the Utah County Sheriff´s Office have asked Judge Tony Graf to ban cameras in the courtroom.
Shortly after proceedings started, Judge Graf ordered all press and public to leave the room. The defense asked the judge to allow Robinson's parents to stay, which was denied.
Graf has already made allowances to protect Robinson's presumption of innocence before a trial, agreeing that the case has drawn 'extraordinary' public attention.

Why are they even bothering with this trial when Candace already figured out that Charlie was killed by the U.S. military, commanded by “E5 Lt. Colonels” in Arizona, funded by the Macrons, and using Egyptian stewardesses trained by Mossad!?!

Fair point—contamination of the jury is one issue—of course that is what the voir dire process is meant to address.
Conducting the defense once the jury is picked is a different issue.

I think Candace is saying Isreal is a factor because she us getting paid to muddy the waters for the jury in order to give the defense another explanation and motive for the killing other than the real killer, their client.
This. It also gives Robinsons lawyers another angle to argue. I think Candace is getting paid to help get this killer off. Some friend.
I think most people have unfollowed her. They don’t want to be associated with with her.
They are not dodgy in the slightest. It is a political organization that pays contractors. The homo who runs this channel keeps showing hysterical fake reactions to 990 forms "not being filed" for a few months after they first can be. But they are always filed before the deadlines. Every time. They have never missed a filing.
And his going to a "strip mall" to "find the business" they only paid $1.4 million (out of over $100 million raised) and being SHOCKED! when he "can't find it" - ridiculous. I found it. t is an address at a UPS Store. Very common. I have used them for years for LLCs. This company does mass emailing for TPUSA, and the FEC requires a physical address for this activity. But a box at a UPS Store will suffice, so this is commonly done.
He is a click baiter. See his video history. That's all he does it say "X Person is FINISHED" over and over again to get views, and few of his claims ever pan out.
