AT&T has vowed to scrap its DEI policies, including a worker training program that labeled racism as a “uniquely white trait.”
The telecommunication giant’s sudden change of heart on policies that discriminate against white men comes after pressure from FCC Chairman Brendar Carr.
The New York Post reports that AT&T, the Dallas-based telecom company with over 110,000 employees in the United States, has announced its decision to eliminate its DEI policies. This move comes in response to pressure from FCC Chairman Brendan Carr, who has made it clear that companies will not be approved for crucial FCC licenses until they axe policies that discriminate on topics like race, gender, and sexual orientation. The decision to scrap the DEI policies follows controversy surrounding AT&T’s worker training program, which reportedly labeled racism as a “uniquely white trait.” According to a 2021 report by Christopher Rufo based on leaked documents, the training encouraged white employees to study resources related to critical race theory and told them that they “are the problem.”
As part of its commitment to merit-based opportunity and equal employment, AT&T has stated that it will not enforce any hiring or supplier contract quotas based on race, gender, or sexual orientation. The company has also removed all DEI training from its employee curriculum and will not have any employee roles focused on DEI. …

Discrimination is discrimination. If they favored whites, they’d be crucified and launched into space.
Why am I thinking that the damage has already been done? The good news is that I would prefer to charge them bigger $$$ as a subcontractor to fix their screw-ups.
Why is DEI even debated? In accordance with the civil rights act in the 60s discrimination by race, sex and religion is not legal. By definition of that civil rights act (a good act) DEI is illegal. DEI is nothing but discrimination. It is illegal.
A straight white male is discriminated against, persecuted, based on all three simultaneously. Skin color, sex, and so-called “sexual orientation”.
Further bases for discrimination and persecution are available against large numbers of SWMs: Status as a veteran, being Catholic.

I’ve had white male employees tell me they feel harassed after completing ‘sexual harassment training’...and they don’t even have to take the “manager” version which is worse. As a CA based company, there’s more - CRIMINAL violations for INDIVIDUALS that don’t comply with tranny related issues and that accommodating religion is only a “sort of” requirement.
It’s sick, twisted, perverted, and is everywhere. It’s clear as day this is pure discrimination targeting straight white Christian men and is illegal.

School districts are also no longer highlighting these people. They are still there though.
Now get the bar associations on board so we don’t have to keep taking those ridiculous classes on implicit bias every year.
