Final hurdles cleared to deport Abrego Garcia to Liberia, Trump admin says

President Donald Trump's administration called on a federal judge to approve the deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Liberia on Friday, arguing all legal hurdles had been cleared.

The Friday filing is the latest in the administration's efforts to deport Abrego Garcia a second time following his return from El Salvador earlier this year. The Justice Department called on U.S. District Court Judge Paula Xinis to clear the deportation, saying Abrego Garcia had failed to establish that he would face persecution in Liberia.

"Petitioner's claims are procedurally barred multiple times over and fail on the merits in any event," the DOJ argued. "This Court should therefore dissolve its preliminary injunction and permit the government to remove Petitioner to Liberia."

Attorneys for the U.S. also said Liberia has made "sufficient and credible" arguments that Abrego Garcia will not face harm.

Nevertheless, lawyers for Abrego Garcia argue that he has not received sufficient due process to justify his deportation.

"The Government insists that the unreasoned determination of a single immigration officer—who concluded that Abrego Garcia failed to establish that it is 'more likely than not' that he will be persecuted or tortured in Liberia— satisfies due process. It does not," his attorneys wrote in their own Friday filing.

Times 20-30 million? This is ridiculous.

Now extrapolate this kind of resistance to 20M others.

If the Rats can tie up every deportation like this then they have effectively stopped it.

Which is why they are fighting this hard.

Why would Liberia or Uganda take him? Are we offering money or other incentives to any country willing to accept our deportees?

Kilmar must be a super-Kingpin Cartel Operative for the Democrats Party. They have fought like hell to keep him here. Judge BoazBerg, Senators, Congressmen, all of them. He must be in charge of giving them their money for the drug running and human trafficking.

Is it wrong to hope that Liberia’s wrong about him being safe there?

Liberia can easily promise his safety from government persecution. Just drive him 50 miles outside of Monrovia and abandon him without a phone or money. He won’t last long.

I don’t know why Trump gave up trying to deport that other scumbag the Syrian-born Columbia rabble rouser. Rubio was on slid legal ground and they were winning. Then a Mass. district judge ordered him released, and they just let it all go. Last Tuesday night he was partying with Mamdani and Hasan Piker in NYC.

“Did you forget he argued he couldn’t go to Uganda because he didn’t speak the language? “

Liberia is perfect, they have a constitution directly taken from the U.S. Constitution and English is the official language. Out of all African countries it would be in my top 5 to live in if I had too. South Africa and Rhodesia were one and two but black militant communists ruined both. Orania still exists for now but you better be ready to pick up an FAL and get those shortie shorts on at anytime.

Having worked in the Congo & DRC, Joberg, Tunisia, Gabon. Liberia would today be the number one spot for stability and language as a White who speaks English, French, Spanish , Russian, working on conversational Mandarin as 2026 mid year goals. No need for Arabic as you never are allowed in the Kingdom or Emirates without minders and the Mo’s speak for you at all times. Yeah geologists get around.

Don’t get why it’s so hard to deport an Illegal Alien Gang Banger? Liberia? Why not North Korea? or Ukraine?

Before it’s over, he’ll probably wish he was back in CECOT.
