Drones and balloons need to be licensed, tracked and overseen by government aviation authorities. Illegal and/or unlicensed operation, particularly in designated commercial air corridors or military airspace need to be severely punished with significant fines and licensing revocation. Additional federal regulators will need to be hired and assigned to deal with these circumstances. All airborn devices found to be out of compliance should be forfeited and/or destroyed.
