History has been made!
Over the weekend, a crew of thieves rolled up to the famous Paris museum IN BROAD DAYLIGHT, used a crane to get inside, used chainsaws to cut through protective cases, and stole nine priceless treasures.
One, the gold crown of Empress Eugénie seen in the video below, was discarded and found later by police.
To make matters worse, it's not even the only heist from a major Paris museum that's made headlines this week. A Chinese woman has been charged with stealing gold nuggets on September 16th from the city's National Museum of Natural History.
That brings us back to the Louvre's first female security chief, Dominique Buffin. The Louvre's head of security, Dominique Buffin, was accused of being hired not on merit but on DEI (Diversity and Inclusion) policies and of putting France's national treasures at risk: the daring raid has humiliated France has also highlighted long-standing concerns about the security of the Louvre.
Ms Buffin, 46 years old, was hired as the first woman head of security by Laurence des Cars, the museum's first female director, last September.

Funny.
First: it’s France. Second: A bunch of DEI hires show their incompetence. This joke wrote itself.
Did the flaws suddenly appear when the women took their positions or were they already there and it was just coincidence? Just curious I guess.
Ain’t Affirmative Action wonderful.
Those are women?!
Get woke. Go broke.

Hyperbole aside, the inflammatory headline begs the question, was the security on the crown jewels inadequate when a man last held both those positions, or did it somehow deteriorate under their collective tenures?
I guess French women aren’t quite what they use to be!
I’m actually rooting for the the thieves for a change.
If security for something this valuable was this poorly handled, perhaps they deserve getting ripped off.

The one on the right looks like she escaped from a kennel.
t”...he daring raid has humiliated France has also highlighted long-standing concerns about the security of the Louvre.”
It happened on THEIR watch which makes it their responsibility.....if the security was lax they should have identified the shortcomings and taken measures to close the holes.
Getting a job and actually doing it are two totally different things.......see biden and obama.
That’s my take anyway.
DEI is awesome!
DEI will never let you down
All these women were too busy takling about each other to be concerned with their jobs.
Girls don’t watch enough NASCAR races to see the mechanics change tires, so they think there’s plenty of time ‘to catch a thief.’
Perhaps. Since it's France we can probably rule out that they weren't taking time out to shave their armpits.
NOT CONVINCED THAT IS A BIOLOGICAL FEMALE
