She’s busy in her Scrooge McDuck vault counting her riches.

Her role as house leader for the dims has been taken over by Hakeem. She was also a major player in the ouster of Biden last year. Being too public might make her a big target for the blame game of the 2024 election so there is that too.
Several other prominent Dems did the same thing.
