That guy in the middle had a PHD, was a WWI veteran, and was born in 1894, William Fawcett.

At least 15 types of charcuterie and cheeses behind the deli counter.

Salt, pepper, caraway seeds and celery seed. It’s the best!

My dad always ate it when he was trying to lose weight.

But maybe he was just trying to become big enough and strong enough to be a cowboy.

I’ve always eaten Cottage Cheese. I like it with a salt-free herb blend called ‘Sunny Paris.’ (CC is salty enough!)

We also like it with berries on top, and/or Granola. We do the same with Yogurt.

And any time I make a batch of jam that doesn’t ‘set’ right, that goes on top of yogurt or Cottage Cheese, too.

Nothing goes to waste in this house; though a lot of things go to WAIST, LOL!

Confession time. I like to use it like a dip with large BBQ ripple potato chips. I don’t know why, but I love it. Also great with apple butter or pineapple, but not with the chips.

Cottage cheese and canned peaches. A childhood favorite.

I’ll stir in some sriracha into the container . Th contrasting cool texture of the cottage cheese and the tangy heat from the sriracha are a perfect mix.

My dear husband - recently passed away…he loved to eat cottage cheese with salt and lots of coarse ground black pepper. Miss him.

It is a great substitute for ricotta when making lasagna. I just add grated parmesan to it.
