Coffee is an essential part of many people's daily morning routine. According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), caffeine, chlorogenic acid (CGA), trigonelline, diterpenes, and melanoids are compounds in coffee known for their health benefits.
However, it matters how you take your coffee to reap all its benefits. A cuppa with loads of added sweeteners or sugars and milk isn't the best choice. It is black coffee that is actually beneficial for you, according to Dr Shubham Vatsya.
“Black coffee isn’t just a morning ritual; it’s medicine for your liver. Without milk and sugar, it becomes one of the rare natural drinks proven to dissolve liver fat and protect against long-term damage,” he wrote in the caption.
Let's find out how:

I guess I’ll live till I die. I drink four cups a day. Two in the
morning and two in the evening with no sugar or cream.
somehow, adding milk to your coffee magically negates all of the claimed magical abilities of black coffee to “dissolve liver fat” ... reminds me that the 1940’s “sleeping prophet” Edgar Cayce said to never drink coffee with cream ...
But, they say to wait 90 minutes after you wake up before filling that cup or you’ll spike your insulin resistance. Me, I like to poop early so I can’t wait 90 minutes to trigger the bowels to do their thing.
I wonder if Decaf counts...
😃 You sound like my husband.
Doesn’t make sense to me that some cream and sugar cancels everything else.
I like my coffee like my women ...
Hot, black, and bitter ...
Metamucil is my friend. I’ve heard a side effect of Metformin is diarrhea, but I haven’t experienced that, even though I take 2000mg daily. I don’t fret over it anymore, I let nature take its course. I usually have one cup of coffee every day, with a bit of sweetener.
French Roast, black, every morning for 30 years. Only one cup as my blood pressure is a problem
You’d be in Heaven if you worked in the government. Except very few would be considered “hot.”

I must be a freakin god, then...
Not...
covfefe works for me.
Hummmm cream and sugar.
Could they bond with what’s supposed to get rid if the fat or maybe pre bond with the cream and sugar rather then what in your liver....
Morning coffee for me is 20 oz french press, coffee grounds pre-moistened with sprayer, pinch of salt and two pinches of cinnamon. Pour the hot water in hard and fast at an angle. No need to stir, wait 5 minutes you have an excellent beer stein of coffee. Add cream and sugar to taste.
NOTE:Good coffee is black as night not see through.
I used to always drink my coffee black at home but through work and drinking what passed for coffee there I surrendered and started add use cream and sugar....Didn’t have the time to make a thermos of coffee at home I told my self, you get lazy as you get old I guess.
Gonna return to gods way and leave off the cream and sugar for a month and see what happens.
Water and coffee are just about all I drink, Hot coffee in the mornings and a delicious Iced Coffee in the afternoon...if you make it right (my taste of course) it is sooooo good. I fell in love with Iced Coffee’s as a young man doig construction and on the way home stopping at Dunkin Donuts...now 50 years later still the same. My liver has no fat .
Sounds like the Mormons are in trouble.
