Now it is getting childish...
OOF Rules.
He at least needs walkie talkies substituted ala E.T. sanitizing....
One of my many weird synchronous events.
I just posted a video of Yaphet Kotto blowing up by air pressure in Live and Let Die (as a suggestion for ICE to do to that frog guy in the street).
Now a James Bond thread the second I finished.
Fidiotic!
RE: Now it is getting childish...
Almost to the level of The View and Joy Reid and Hakeem Jeffries. 2nd grade level intellects.
Like our old jokes of censoring the offensive and non PC minutes from Blazing Saddles.
Then full film theatrical screenings at 8:00, 8:10, 8:20....
I remember when the old networks said before the first 4 or 5 James Bond movies finally on TV: “The following James Bond film presentation may contain adult situations some may find inappropriate for children. Please use discretion.”
While the children had been reading girlie magazines and porn novel paperbacks and could teach their parents about various sexual trends and slang.
Old magazine cartoon of a boy talking to his father:
“Dad, all this talk about birds and bees and stuff. Are you telling me you want me to set you up with a chick?”
I agree.
Now that Amazon bought MGM, that is the end of James Bond.
Amazon will make new movies featuring 007 but we know that is not James Bond.
I think they've wrapped up the end perfectly in the last movie "No Time to Die".
I remember when Steven Spielberg replaced the guns in the hands of the Fibbies in the re-release of “E.T the Extraterrestrial” with walkie talkies.
Spielberg eventually realized that replacing the guns with walkie-talkies in E.T. was a mistake that he regretted making. The guns are back in the movie and have been for some time.
Well, when they de-masculated Bond by increments they’d already taken his gun.
Now they’re taking away his weapon.
I don’t think the original post was accurate. My Amazon searches include the gun (see above).
007 was not James Bond but one of series of numbered agents that have a license to kill. So I feel like you do . The Bond movies we knew are now in the past.
Dunno what you mean but anyway 007 is the code number of James Bond, a fictional British secret agent created by writer Ian Fleming in 1953.
