Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson called in remotely to Monday’s court hearing, during which his public defenders asked the judge for more time to review evidence and determine whether they would seek a preliminary hearing.
Robinson, 22, has three public defenders: Kathy Nester, Michael Burt, and Richard Novak.
Judge Tony Graf set an October 30th hearing and said Tyler Robinson will attend in person.

I’m sure these attorneys are not cheap since they need to be Death Penalty certified and not your run of the mill ambulance chaser types.
There are attention-seeking lib attorneys who will do the work pro bono as soon as they can be sure he’s one of their kind.
That’s how most of them make a name for themselves. Robinson is sure to have a cheering section of Hollywood lefties on hand just as soon as the case proceeds a little further.
Maybe just a 30.06 round through his throat...kind of like he delivered to Charlie.

In a fair world this guy would have been tried and waiting execution.
Everyone knows he's guilty. The fight is for the state to ensure that he doesn't get off by way of trial error, and for his defense to ensure that he stays at room temperature as far as the state is concerned.
More likely he'll get GoFundMe lawyers paid for by the far-left than big bucks spent by mommy and daddy.
Why are there three appointed? I would think one attorney should be able to handle a murder case? What is so special about this one?
