The country’s first Taco Bell restaurant will open today as part of a €15m investment by Applegreen in a new motorway service station off Junction 6 on the M3 in Dunshaughlin, County Meath.
Known for its Mexican-inspired food, Taco Bell has over 8,700 restaurants across the world. The chain primarily sells fast food such as tacos, burritos, quesadillas and nachos.

Sometime in the mid 1980s I ordered tacos in Germany - it was a paprika based product that had no resemblance to anything out of Mexico or central America.
