"WTF… A Private Jet left Provo Airport, which is a 12-minute drive from Utah Valley University, an hour after Charlie Kirk was shot.
30 minutes into the Flight, the Plane ILLEGALLY dropped off its ADS-B (which shows its Location, Altitude and Speed to Air Traffic Control), and reappeared 45 minutes later, heading back to Provo.
Is this Plane connected to the Shooter??"

The FBI says they were able to track him coming into the building, on the stairwells and leaving the building and then running off into a neighborhood. That doesn’t seem like the kind of guy that has a private jet waiting to take him away.

same with the security footage of all the relevant buildings going back 3 months at least. This person just didn’t walk in there for the first time that day. Any footage disappeared? Any doors that were left unlocked? Clamp down, and do not let up.
Call me a conspiracy theorist if you want but isn’t it pretty much pro golfers, movie stars and CIA who fly private jets? And of those who is the least likely to answer why the radar was illegally turned off?

I, for one, embrace the concept of what others refer to as ‘tin foil’.
It is a form of analytical thinking which transcends normal logic, collecting all data and refuting none in the absence of facts to eliminate said data.
Failure to use such an approach - FAR from isolated and likely has a name in formal investigative training - is analogous to finding a puzzle piece on the carpet, ignorantly discarding it in the trash only later to realize its importance either in absentia or failure by subject or others to complete a a ‘puzzle’.
Just sayin’.
If this plane was used by someone involved in Kirk’s murder, wonder if it went north, near Canada...

There are limits to where ADSB is required iirc. Near certain classes of airspace, above x altitude, etc.

The shooter was either already very familiar with the area or he did a bunch of reconnaissance in preparing for the act. Certainly insiders should be looked at and the video footage of the area going back at least a week.
I wouldn’t be surprised if he was janitorial or other staff and had keys.
Why not.
He goes into a house in the neighborhood. He changes clothes. He’s escorted in a black SUV. The drive to the airport is 12 minutes. He’s gone. The plane takes off and 30 minutes later turns of the ADS-B. Later it lands somewhere, drops the guy off and 45 minutes later its ADS-B is back on with the plane heading back to Provo. Very plausible.
However plausible, it would make the incident one of a conspiracy and not a lone shooter. All the help he would have had in that scenario would criminally implicate additional people.
