Back during the first Trump administration I , with others, provided some background research into Transgenders in the Military. The purpose was to provide think-tank style considerations to high ranking leadership to then provide to political leadership for President Trump in his eventual decision to restrict Transgendered people from military service. He ultimately decided to do so for solid reasons. President Biden reversed it as a matter of doing so because anything Trump did was to be reversed and no amount of sound reasoning would sway him. Trumps second administration has definitively changed that and I am confident it will remain.
After this was done during his first administration I sent the same information we had used to the FAA to consider. They MUST act this time and I am going to see that its more direct to Secretary Sean Duffy.
Let me be perfectly clear....The US Government, through the FAA should not permit Transgender persons to hold FAA licenses or a Class 1 medical. The suicidality rates alone are astonishingly high and just as the DOJ is considering a ban on transgenders from having a gun with the growing record of Trans Mass Shootings the FAA needs to assure the flying public that the person at the controls of their aircraft does not intent to commit suicide and make a bold statement by doing so with a plane load of people.
There needs to be much more social opprobrium against everything “trans.”
Have we passed peak transgender ?
The Potato had nothing to do with it.
“There needs to be much more social opprobrium against everything ‘trans.’”
Yes, get back to good science.
And stop teaching wrong is right.
Can you imagine a Trans-Pilot having a meltdown because somebody in the Control Tower addressed him as ‘Sir’?
I would think it’s already happened, but those particular Airlines aren’t going to say it right out.
Such Airlines may be limited by HIPPA Laws on how they can describe such a malfunctioning Pilot.
I wouldn’t want to be on a plane with a tranny pilot.
Not a bad idea.
What percent of pilots are trans? Not that that is the issue, but, a concern.
And, what percent of these trans pilots are on SSIs, or, whatever those psych drugs are called that many of them seem to take?
(I wouldn’t want to be on a plane with a tranny pilot.)
Me neither. Anything could trigger them causing them to act like a jap kamikaze pilot and crash into a school full of kids killing everyone.
“Have we passed peak transgender ?”
Yes if, ideally, we can get them out of the cockpit. If not, then probably still the case if we can get them out of the front of airplanes.
There’s no need for an FAA license or a Class 1 medical requirement for a commercial pilot’s license for people in loony bins who think they are not the sex they were born as.
Surely some of the meds they have to take must be on the list to preclude a class 1 medical? Or even third class for that matter. Hell, they probably can’t even legally self certify for basic med if they are popping all those hormones?
First off, there is no such thing as a pilot license.
Tranny pilot or a Homosexual pilot, what’s the difference?
They are “BENT” in the view of all my friends!
Correct. Isn’t it called an “airman’s certificate” or something like that?
With the exception of helicopters, I am not aware of most aircraft having transmissions.
Oh wait. You said ‘tranny pilot’, so we’re talking about the aircraft crew not the aircraft. Sorry for the mistake.
“First off, there is no such thing as a pilot license.”
True, but then again you need the certificate to operate like you do a license to drive which is why I said so as most do not know the distinction nor is it terribly relevant.
And being ATC too. Those warped people need to be far far away from being able to crash a plane due to their mental condition.
Add out "gayness" if you want that policy to be effective.
Activist queer AMTRAK engineer Brandon Bostian "blacked out" while approaching a sharp curve in a high-population Philly stretch of track, accelerating to over 100 mph, killing 8 and critically injuring dozens.
Yep. It certifies the type and class of aircraft you can fly.
