Bondi fires DOJ staffer who flipped off National Guard in DC — and was seen boasting about it
NY Post ^ | 8/29/25 | Miranda Devine

Attorney General Pam Bondi fired another Department of Justice paralegal Friday — after the environmental division employee flipped off a National Guard member on her way to work.

Elizabeth Baxter works in the same building as fellow fired paralegal Sean Charles Dunn, who allegedly threw a salami Subway sandwich at a Border Protection officer.

Baxter arrived for work at the DOJ’s “4CON” building in the NoMa district of Washington, DC, at 8.21 a.m. on Aug. 18, and boasted to a DOJ security guard that she had just made the obscene gesture to a guardsman at Metro Center Metro Stop and said, “F--- the National Guard,” according to Bondi.

At 12:18 p.m. the same day, Baxter was observed on DOJ security cameras putting up her middle finger toward the National Guard and saying, “F--- you!”

One week later, on Aug. 25, Baxter arrived at work and again told the DOJ security guard that she hated the National Guard and told them to “F--- off!”

“Today, I took action to terminate a DOJ employee for inappropriate conduct towards National Guard service members in DC” Bondi told The Post.

“This DOJ remains committed to defending President Trump’s agenda and fighting to make America safe again. If you oppose our mission and disrespect law enforcement — you will NO LONGER work at DOJ.”

...lesson learned; you don’t have to like green peas, you just have to eat them. Preferably while exercising proper table manners.

We’re quickly moving from the M.A.G.A. mantra to a F.A.F.O. mantra . . . .

You have the right to flip off anyone you like.

You can not be arrested for it.

That does not mean that other things will not happen because your boss, coworkers, family members, neighbors and people on the street find your conduct distasteful.

People who do not want to associate with you do not have to do so.

More good news. Maybe Trump should post this picture somewhere on his official website.

Apparently new charges …

“After a grand jury failed to indict Dunn on felony assault charges this week, prosecutors charged him with lesser charge of misdemeanor assault, which carries a potential sentence of up to one year in jail.”

Might be a good way to screen federal employees and filter out the obnoxious progressives while at the same time improving the overall conduct of civil servants. Just fire anyone caught cussing and using obscene gestures. Imagine that- Making Civil Servants Civil Again.

Great news! You’ve got your freedom of speech, but there’s not any freedom from repercussions.

If it’s caught in video, is it still “allegedly”?

“That does not mean that other things will not happen”

I think it’s true that one of the reasons that the feds can fire an employee is if they embarrass the agency, i.e., DUI, domestic violence, etc.
