US President Donald Trump joined other world leaders in sending messages of support to Ukraine on Sunday as it celebrates Independence Day at a time when there is little hope for peace despite intense diplomatic efforts.
Trump sent a letter to Ukraine on the country’s 34th Independence Day – which marks the anniversary of declaring itself free of Soviet rule – praising its courage and saying the United States believes in its future as an independent state.

In the letter, Trump wrote: “The people of Ukraine have an unbreakable spirit, and your county’s courage inspires many. As you mark this important day, know the United States respects your fight, honors your sacrifices, and believes in your future as an independent nation.”

A simple word search of the article shows "lose" occuring three times, once in the headline, but not in quotes from President Trump in the article.
President Trump is quoted as saying: " 'Now is the moment to bring an end to the senseless killing. The United States supports a negotiated settlement that leads to a durable, lasting peace that ends the bloodshed and safeguards Ukraine's sovereignty and dignity,' Trump added."

The check is in the mail

The Ukraine celebrates 1991 as their independence day because they don’t otherwise have one as they were never a nation before that.
Soviet nostalgist hoes mad.
Stupid. So when Israel celebrates its Independence Day, on the 5th day of the Hebrew month of Iyar, which commemorates the proclamation of the State of Israel on May 14, 1948, it means Israel "never had a nation before that"? Okay
“Soviet nostalgist hoes mad.”
I don’t know why you would be mad.
Wow, you really are stupid to make such a leap of stupidity.
Hate jews, do ya?
