President Trump has ordered the military to use force against the drug cartels that he designated as terrorist organizations on his first day in office.
The New York Times reported the development this morning, a day after U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that a reward for the arrest of Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro — also kingpin of the Cartel los Soles cartel — has doubled to $50 million dollars.
Attacking the cartels was one of Trump’s key campaign promises. Border Czar Tom Homan said Trump would destroy them.
Not yet published at the White House website, the “order provides an official basis for the possibility of direct military operations at sea and on foreign soil against cartels,” the Times reported:
U.S. military officials have started drawing up options for how the military could go after the groups, the people familiar with the conversations said, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss the sensitive internal deliberations.
But directing the military to crack down on the illicit trade also raises legal issues, including whether it would count as “murder” if U.S. forces acting outside of a congressionally authorized armed conflict were to kill civilians — even criminal suspects — who pose no imminent threat.
It is unclear what White House, Pentagon and State Department lawyers have said about the new directive or whether the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel has produced an authoritative opinion assessing the legal issues.
On July 25, the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctioned the Cartel los Soles as a “specially designated” terrorist organization.
It has “provided material support to Tren de Aragua and the Sinaloa Cartel,” the department said. TdA and Sinaloa on the list of terrorist...

CIA whistleblower Gary Berntsen has been investigating Cartel del Sol for a while.
“Berntsen began his investigation six years ago , working as a whistleblower for various U.S. government agencies, including the Department of Justice and Homeland Security. His target: the Cartel del Sol, a Venezuelan criminal organization, which he claims has siphoned off trillions of dollars from the Venezuelan oil company PDVSA and engaged in large-scale drug trafficking.
According to Berntsen, this cartel, backed by the Venezuelan government and its allies, including President Nicolás Maduro and other senior officials, has established a global network of influence. The cartel allegedly launders its illicit funds through non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and election companies—links that would become crucial to understanding global election fraud, Berntsen says.
The Role of Smartmatic and Dominion in Election Fraud
The crux of Berntsen’s allegations revolves around Smartmatic, an election technology company that he claims was established at the behest of the now-deceased Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chávez. According to Berntsen, Smartmatic’s software was designed from the outset to alter election results without public knowledge.
In the early 2000s, Smartmatic allegedly secured control over election outcomes in Venezuela, ensuring Chávez’s victory in the 2003 recall election. The software, according to Berntsen, allowed votes to be manipulated in such a way that voters and observers could not detect the tampering.
Smartmatic later entered the U.S. election market, particularly in Democratic strongholds like Cook County, Illinois, and New Jersey, and would go on to purchase Sequoia Voting Systems, a U.S. company with a substantial share of the election market.
In a further twist, Berntsen claims that in 2007, Sequoia was sold to Dominion Voting Systems, another company at the center of numerous election controversies. Dominion, according to Berntsen, inherited Smartmatic’s software—software that, he alleges, continues to allow foreign powers, particularly the Venezuelan regime, to manipulate election outcomes in the United States and other countries.”
This article was from Nov of 2024 so Berntsen’s investigation would have begun in 2018 right in the middle of the Deep State’s seditious conspiracy during Trump’s first term; keep in mind that he is whistleblowing against the same cabal that is now being exposed for other things also. My hope is that in designating Cartel del Sol as being a very special enemy (can’t remember the term used), they are making room to expose and target not only the cartel’s known criminal activity but also their election-rigging activity. And the fact that Berntsen alerted all these communist hacks in the Deep State about this and they refused to do anything makes this one more arm of the seditious conspiracy. As time passes, the Trump crew is declassifying evidence of more seditious conspiracy plots that combine with the Russia collusion conspiracy. As this goes on a full picture of this 16-year communist plan to take over the USA comes into view.
My hope is that this ends up being tried in Gitmo because the seditious conspiracy truly intended to overthrow all legitimate government under the US Constitution, and it truly involved hostile, enemy states who genuinely engaged in both non-armed and armed conflict.

“Foreign Influence and Election Security in Question
According to Berntsen, Dominion controls a significant portion of the election infrastructure in key U.S. swing states, which ultimately decide the outcome of presidential elections. What makes this even more concerning, he says, is the fact that the company’s software is allegedly maintained by Venezuelan, Chinese, and Serbian engineers, all working under the direction of foreign governments and criminal syndicates.
One of the most shocking aspects of Berntsen’s claims is that Dominion has moved its research and development operations, along with its election servers, to Belgrade, Serbia. In this Serbian office, Berntsen claims, the software is controlled by engineers who have access to and can alter election data from swing states in the U.S., using Huawei servers—a Chinese company long identified as a national security threat.
Berntsen also asserts that these foreign actors are able to alter election outcomes by manipulating vote tallies when the difference between candidates falls within a 3-5% margin. He notes that this kind of manipulation can only be thwarted when voter turnout is overwhelmingly high, making it impossible for the systems to conceal large gaps in vote totals.
Calls for Accountability and Action
In a chilling conclusion to his video, Berntsen asks: “Where are the DOJ, FBI, and CIA?” His frustration is palpable, as he recounts multiple occasions when he and his team presented evidence to these agencies, only to be dismissed or told to stop their investigations. In one instance, an FBI agent reportedly advised Berntsen and his team to “flee Washington D.C.” for their own safety, warning that the FBI would actively work to derail their efforts.
Despite these obstacles, Berntsen remains undeterred. He claims to have significant evidence, including corporate ownership documents, engineering specifications, and witness statements, all of which he has offered to U.S. authorities.”
A few comments. First, the servers being in Belgrade, Serbia would lend some credibility to the “Kraken” claims made earlier by Trump allies. Also, if people of integrity within the military before 2016 knew about this capability it is possible that they were able to use some kind of blocking power to prevent manipulation through the Huawei servers - which would explain why Hillary lost even though everybody was sure she would win. It would also explain both Trump and Q saying “We have it all” and “We caught them all”. It could also explain how all of Europe has been subverted by the people who have been “elected” by criminal organizations and states like China. We know that China bought Joe Biden, and now we may know how they made sure he got in.
This manipulation can be defeated by huge voter turnout. Q was always about getting people to be informed and to share that information with everybody else, with the end goal being large very energetic voter turnout. I suspect that the Deep State knew the turnout would be large so they had to find a way to get a vegetable hiding in his basement instead of campaigning to get 10 million more votes than even Obama got. When you’ve got the US Deep State and China working together toward that end, of course you have the option of releasing a bioweapon and then using corrupt judges to ensure that state laws regarding elections can be disobeyed to allow ballot drop boxes wherein the boxes and boxes of China-supplied pre-filled ballots can be dropped to create that extra million votes.
As to “Where are the DOJ, FBI, CIA?” question, this was in 2018 at the earliest. Even under Trump, DOJ was headed by Bill Barr. FBI was headed by James Comey. And CIA was headed by Mike Pompeo. And once Biden was in office it was even worse. That’s about all we need to know...
