Anything auto related is down 10%. I am in San Jose and the roads are emptier then expected this time of year and my auto shop has been slow all year where as last year we had a lot more work, especially in the summer.

I lived in Tucson in the 1990s...my car was hit in a parking lot one day, by a illegal (zero insurance as I found out). About $400 of damage....coming out of my own insurance package. Insurance agent understood my frustration, but admitted he had about one customer per week...same deal.
That would be interesting to see if liquor sales are down.
Notably there is a decrease of drivers refusing to leave the left lane on the freeway. Although the number is still a problem for commuters.

Indeed no report due to insurance reasons.
Many illegals don’t put a car in their name or have insurance they have one act in a accidet bail and run.
Hit and run count no change the sob’s in Ca will come up on the curb for you.
People stopped reporting them and stopped fixing their cars... Tons of cars with significant damage are on the road... Sideswipes, front and rear end collisions... They don’t bother getting them fixed and don’t bother with insurance because premiums are too high and deductibles are too high.
