A generation ago, these mentally-ill, drug addled homeless who have been locked up in mental institutions for life - where they’d be far safer than on the street - for them and for US who have to put up with them in our public spaces.
Yet lefties will argue furiously that homeless have a “right” to live in filthy, dangerous homeless encampments on our public streets, openly use drugs and use our public parks, sidewalks and neighborhoods as toilets.
