🚨 WATCH: Candace Owens just poured gasoline on the Macron lawsuit, straight-up telling Brigitte, “You were born a man and you’ll die a man… See you in court.”
She’s pledging to fight “on behalf of the entire world,” daring the French First Family to drag this into discovery.
I thought Brigitte had birthed children before the lover student.
Delaware is a much tougher place for them to prevail than France, where they would easily win. According to X, the case is “rock solid.”
The problem is, that Candace went nuts once she got married and especially after she had her children.
The BLM "investigation" was a joke and after that, she struggled to find topics that would bring in clicks and began doing crazy stuff, in her videos, because just constantly harping on abortion ( which she's against, but how many different ways can someone talk endlessly on about that one topic? )was NOT bringing in the clicks.
Macron sued, claiming defamation. Photos, eyewitness claims, testimonials, handwriting samples, etc. all mean nothing compared to DNA. (or prostrate exams)

In defamation suits, the burden of proof is on the plaintiff.
The burden of proof lies with the plaintiff; Macron.

Owens has nothing to gain and a lot to lose. If Brigitte can prove she is a woman who has an atypical body type, Owens is done.
Making accusations is easy, backing them up in court under oath and cross examination is much harder.
Now she has to fight this fight and risk losing what is left of her credibility.

No. Owens is NOT done no matter what proof of being a natural female Macron brings.
In a defamation suit, you also have to prove malice/the intent to lie.
Which is unfortunately easy to wiggle out of unless evidence can be brought to prove it.
Where’s the empty Mason jar that says: “We just plain-out lied.”
