Former Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and his wife Megan Kerrigan Byron’s neighbors find his alleged infidelity “disgusting” but believe the family deserves “privacy” as they navigate overnight fame and heartbreak.
Those who live in the pair’s Kennebunk, Maine, neighborhood told the Daily Mail Thursday — just over a week after Andy’s alleged affair with an employee was exposed at a Coldplay concert — that “everyone has seen” the viral “kiss cam” video.
“The family do not want to talk about it,” one angry local explained before asking the outlet to leave the exclusive street next to the Webhannet Golf Club.
According to the Daily Mail, Megan fled the duo’s $1.4 million home in Northborough, Mass., and has been hiding out at their $2.4 million Maine mansion while holding crisis talks about her marriage.
Multiple family members were seen going in and out of the four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 4,169-square-foot property over the weekend, including her older sister, Maura, per the outlet.
It’s unclear whether Andy, 50, came to speak to Megan, also 50, following the incident.

I’ve encountered many of these over the years, both as a university professor and business owner. Integrity is like virginity, you can only lose it once.
It was really hard (no pun intended) when I began teaching full time at the university at age 26 and single when my students were 20 to 22. You can’t imagine the offers you get for grades. Thankfully, I never succumbed to the temptation.
Correction, only one time did I falter as I got married and my wife took a class I was teaching. She was not a student at the university when I married her.
I actually turned down a fully qualified young woman for employment in my firm as she was absolutely beautiful. I could feel the temptation during the interview and knew that there was no way I could have her working for me. The temptation would have been too great. Her beauty was not just her outward appearance.
I remember Ross Perot’s statement about Bill Clinton, “If your wife, who is supposed to be the closest person to you, can’t trust you, “How can I trust you to do a business deal with you.”
The wife is better looking than Cabot from what I’ve seen
I agree with you. We’ve become a society of voyeurs.
If my next door neighbor was involved in a saga like this, I can’t imagine what would ever compel me to speak to the media about it.
