An anti-abortion Rally for Life is taking place in Dublin city center today, calling for the Government to establish an “urgent task force” on what organizers call “spiraling abortion rates”.

Around 2,000 people attended the event, which began at 1:30 pm at Parnell Square.

The demonstration traveled down O’Connell Street and is to conclude with speeches at Custom House Quay.

The rally, according to organizers, is hoped to “kickstart a national campaign” to bring about reform to abortion laws, which were changed in 2019 after a 2018 referendum was passed by 66.4% to 33.6%. …

Well, this is on the heels of a successful disruption of a Mahometan march on Dublin’s general post office by nationalists who outnumbered them, so hopefully not.

The excerpt is a little confusing, probably a badly edited update to an earlier article. This rally was held earlier today and no police interference was noted.

It’s the Trump effect. Our people are now coming out of the woodwork all over the place.

It’s more than abortion-it’s freedom. Will it come to a head in Iran and any other bad place? Even the not-so-bad ones will feel the Bern-our burn.

There are a lot of dictators out there quaking in their boots. In this country the only reaction the left knows is to knee-jerk themselves into AOC’s boyfriend mayoral candidate.

Gonna be awesome.

Ireland’s pro-life folks ought to tell the Irish that Brits dig abortion.

Notice it’s called “anti-abortion” as opposed to “pro-life.” The reason conservatism is not doing well is we’ve lost control of the language.

If it wasn’t for Polish emigration to Ireland, they wouldn’t have any priests left.

Today’s IRA would be, I am guessing, quite pro-abortion as they have gone full leftist.
