Mistaken identity isn’t “racial profiling”. I’ll bet the airline has already offered these ladies a fair settlement (probably a voucher for 3 or 4 times the cost of her ticket) for their inconvenience. Being tired of everything being claimed as “racism”, I would give them zero were I on the jury just for that.
On the other hand, she is certainly Not Guilty.
