Mistaken identity isn’t “racial profiling”. I’ll bet the airline has already offered these ladies a fair settlement (probably a voucher for 3 or 4 times the cost of her ticket) for their inconvenience. Being tired of everything being claimed as “racism”, I would give them zero were I on the jury just for that.
On the other hand, she is certainly Not Guilty.

The airline company here was not racist. But they were arrogant and stupid. And stupid should hurt. $5000 to each of the women they treated unfairly.
