A Transportation Security Administration agent was arrested for allegedly assaulting a 79-year-old passenger at Fort Lauderdale’s airport, with police saying she was “forcefully pushing her,” a report said.
Janiyah Wilson-Robinson, 21, of Margate, was taken into custody Wednesday following the incident at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, according to WPLG.
The station, citing a Broward Sheriff’s Office arrest report, said Wilson-Robinson attacked the woman from Palm Beach Gardens by “forcefully pushing her,” causing her to fall to the ground and hit her forehead.
The passenger, who was at the airport that day traveling on a JetBlue flight, suffered “minor bruising,” deputies reportedly added.
It wasn’t clear what led to the alleged confrontation.

If she’s convicted of assault in the course of her employment, I wonder if the TSA considers that as cause for termination?

Let me guess before I look: Black female, short hair, about 230-250 lbs., possibly wearing a snot ring in her nose, high on authority, and screaming about being "disrespected".
I’m so old I can remember when everyone dressed in their Sunday best to fly. Now people get their leg hair entangled with each other and have to sort out whose flip flops belong to who when the plane lands.
Looks like I was wrong about her appearance.
Inner city blacks love to prey on the elderly and anyone else who can't fight back. And thanks to affirmative action hiring policies, the TSA is largely staffed with these barely sentient but very power-hungry thugs.
With any luck restrictions on Federal DEI policy will improve staffing over time, but it will take a while. First you need to get rid of the ones that were hired to begin with.
The TSA doesn’t hire the brightest.

Of course the federal government pays more on top of that.
In all, the US tax payer pays $11,800,000,000 in 2025 for this agency.
That said, they accomplish NOTHING.
Other than getting some lady in trouble because she forgot she has a bullet in her purse from a range she went to the day before, or catching a surfer trying to take pot with him on the plane... they have caught ZERO (0) terrorists since their inception. Literally, not one single terrorist caught, not one terrorist plot foiled.
What are we paying for?
A security theater.
A show that has been going on since 2001. It was borne out of the 9-11 terrorist attacks and the need to “show action” post attack.
A show that does warrantless searches, inconveniences you, delays you, costs you, and does absolutely nothing for you.
How about we end this show?
Probably rates a commendation, maybe even a bonus.
I can remember when nobody asked you to remove your shoes and your carry-on luggage stayed with you.
I’ve reported two TSA agents to their supervisors.
