Have Soros dollars now seeped into the judiciary?
Either leftists are working for the Communist Chinese Party (CCP), or they have certainly read their playbooks. The playbooks of the CCP are “The Art of Warfare” and “Unrestricted Warfare”—both of which speak to exploiting the weakness of an enemy and argue that the United States does not consider the wider picture of military strategy, including “legal tools” (lawfare and economic factors) to leverage one’s opponent and circumvent the need for direct military action resulting in the same, if not even greater, destructive force.
Three unelected New York federal judges of the Court of International Trade (all of whom are appointed for life) voted to block President Trump’s trade tariffs which he put in place using an emergency-powers law. This comes on the heels of other federal judges who have tried to block Trump’s policies on deportation of illegal immigrants and mass layoffs of government workers.
What part of, “the U.S. has a $37 trillion national debt,” do these unelected justices not understand?
Why is it that the warped challenges to good policy always come out of New York and Washington, D.C.?
On Bret Baier’s Special Report, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said,
It seems highly inappropriate for the judiciary to wade in here when the senate had the opportunity to override the president and didn’t. So in terms of separation of powers, the Senate has chosen not to exercise their powers, and the president absolutely has the right to set the trade agenda for the U.S. This administration is committed to [fair] trade, and we are striking the best deals for the American people, and anything that the courts do to get in the way, both harms the American people in terms of trade and in terms of tariff revenue.

These traitors and enemies of the USA didn’t appear overnight.
The societal genealogy from way back in the mid 20th century does not need to be recounted in this forum, though.

In 1998 the Democratic Socialists of America, a sub-division of the World Socialism, under the guidance of Moscow, openly had 57 or 59 published names of DNC congressmen and senators.
The DNC are Marxists, incompatible with the Constitution.
Today’s DNC is trying to subplant Moscow as the center of World Communism and headquarter it out of Washington, DC.
The DNC dropped their mask in 2012 and never thought they would ever again lose an election; Trump broke them twice, but they will not give up. The next round of a DNC Presidency will be the end of the American Experiment, unless Trump puts such a horrendously pervasive Police State in place - which is possible with the BBB and it’s AI package run by Vance to meld both Civilian and Military surviellance packages for Government Use.
The American Marxists funded by Capitalists - go figure.

George Soros has stated the US is the only country standing in the way of a one world government. I believe he envisions that government with his son Alex in charge and will spend his ill gotten fortune to make that happen,
Were China to attack Taiwan, China through networks of agents and stooges, would file suits, mysteriously assigned to its bought judges, seeking targeted injunctions that would delay any US efforts to intervene, re-supply Taiwan, etc., until it is too late.
Consider in this light, the “lawfare” being thrown at Trump in an attempt to thwart his reforms, or run time off the clock of his Presidency. Is this a home-grown emulation of the CCP’s concept, or is the CCP practicing as puppeteer? The FBI and DoJ “National Security Division” ought to be investigating the current lawfare exponents for connections to China.
But all I ever hear from Zeepers on FR, is that Russia, Russia, Russia is the biggest threat to this country.
Our patience is at an end.
It is time for President Trump to bust the nuts of our tyrannical judiciary.
While he is at it, suspend habeas corpus for illegal aliens. No idiotic so called due process for the tens of millions of invaders.
Oh, how about justice for the Obamatons that opened the door to the invasion in the first place?
