Just came in after watering my floral treasures
Nice surprise this AM. Went out early to weed and cut back potato plants that were monopolizing the raised beds. Decided to pull one out to see if anything was happening underground as it was gang busters above ground
And found potatoes ! So pulled up most others . About 80% harvested. In April before I left for Ohio I found two shriveled up rather small pity that were sprouting. Cut them up keeping an eye on each section and buried them in my new raised beds. When I came back three weeks later very pleased to see significant growth … and one lonely sunflower no doubt a gift from birds/birdfeeder

My cat Teega has a salmon colored nose
that has some dark brown in it.
Some call that a “smutty nose”
At 6 moths he weighed 8 lbs!
I love him dearly, but never again
will I have a cat with
so much danged fur!
P.S.
He is the only cat I have ever owned that will
NOT touch people food, at all!
He likes his kitty “crunchies” and now
and then, some wet (canned) food.
His favorite wet food is Friskies Salmon Pate.

He tries to bury them!
