We have dealt with this conundrum since our foundation. Until the last 50 or so years we managed such loop holes. As a young citizen, I asked why we allow an American Communist Party. The answer was perfect: they have freedom of speech, as long as they don't break any laws or urge sedition, rebellion or treason. It worked fine until our media turned against us.
Islamists are winning in Europe because they are allowed to establish their own communities governed by their own laws. Imams stand in their centers preaching that the supremacy of Islam must be spread and enforced.
Texas just dealt with this issue when a group of Muslims started to build their own township; the Governor used our laws to emphasize no discriminatory practices. That seems to have cooled the enthusiasm for the project.
Again, the media is their best advocate, financed by the usual billionaires trying to seize all of our assets of value for themselves!

MQD, this method is quite effective. However, it can be harsh. You will likely cough. I get the water to barely steaming, put the drops in (just a couple), and then huff it like a skid row bum huffs paint.
In another vein, I’ve made a chlorine dioxide solution (CDS) in a nasal sprayer. Normally I’d use a homemade Xlear (xylitol) spray, but I was out of xylitol. The diluted CDS spray seems to do as good a job as Xlear and probably better. While Xlear is an excellent prophylactic, the CDS can be a prophylactic AND a remedy. We call it “Snoot”.
