Russian Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that a list of conditions for a ceasefire in Ukraine would be prepared by both sides separately. This was agreed upon during the Istanbul talks, the Kremlin's official representative recalled.

"I'm not going to tell you exactly here right now. Of course, there will be a separate list of conditions for a ceasefire. That's what an agreement was reached in Istanbul," Peskov said.

Negotiations on a peace memorandum continue

Dmitry Peskov, the Russian Presidential Spokesman, has stated that work on the upcoming peace treaty with Ukraine is progressing actively, emphasizing that there is no interest in delays.

In response to a TASS question, he said, "No one is interested in postponements; everyone is working diligently. We will keep you informed."

Vlad still holds all the cards, he will dictate the terms, and everybody knows this, including President Trump.

Meanwhile, Vlad is gobbling up territory faster than the old Pac-Man video game….in other words, the reality of the battle field is what will determine Zelensky’s long awaited end.

Also of much interest, the EU “ leadership” is now gathered and discussing with the G7 how to reduce the cost of Russian oil they are buying…..their economies are in extreme decline….

They should have thought it all out before they blew up their Nordstream pipeline. President Trump’s proposal to open up full trade and commerce with Russia is the only thing that will pull them back out of recession.

Why does the EU continue to commit suicide? Fools, as are all who bought into senile Joe’s Ukie war.

My guess is that Putin’s “Ceasefire” conditions for Ukraine are pretty much the same as total surrender.

“The ball is in Zelenskyy’s court”

>>>>>>>>>>>>><

No.
The ball is evidently in Russia’s court.

Zelensky has already signed everything Trump wanted:

He signed the 30 day ceasefire deal that was proposed by Trump nearly 2 months ago in Saudi Arabia. Putin rebuffed it - humiliating America at the same time.

Zelensky also signed the Trump’s mineral deal.

He also went back to the Middle East ready to meet Putin a week ago, but Putin was too afraid to come... he stayed in his bunker in the Kremlin.

Putin has refused to sign anything, rebuffing ALL of Trump’s efforts.

So now we are talking about yet another deal with Putin (which will be auto-rebuffed by Russia... Again! And we are only talking about a 30 day CEASEFIRE, it’s not even a peace deal! When will this endless clown-show end?
I thought we could get peace in a week?

Putin is behaving like a spoiled teenaged brat, not a leader.

Worse; the conditions include the right to create a buffer zone around Ukraine to include the Baltics, Poland, Germany, Romanian, Bulgaria, Moldova.

How much territory Zelensky willing to concede? Present line of control would be a good starting point if peace had a chance.

Present line of control would be a good starting point if peace had a chance.

Putin refused the immediate 30 day ceasefire which would have frozen the conflict on the ground.

Putin demands the Ukrainians cede territory they currently hold, before any ceasefire can begin.

-Russian negotiators at peace talks in Istanbul demanded Ukraine pull its troops out of all the Ukrainian regions claimed by Moscow before they would agree to a ceasefire, a senior Ukrainian official familiar with the talks told Reuters.

“Błąd is gobbling up territory faster than old Pac-man”

January 2025: Russian forces gained approximately 496 square kilometers (191 square miles) in Ukraine

February 2025: Russian gains were around 313 square kilometers (121 square miles).March 2025: Russian forces captured approximately 601 square kilometers (232 square miles), with a significant portion attributed to the elimination of the Ukrainian salient in Kursk Oblast, though this includes both Ukrainian and Russian territory. Excluding Kursk, gains in Ukraine were approximately 278.73 square kilometers (108 square miles).April 2025: Russian advances slowed to about 217 square kilometers (84 square miles).

Total for 2025 (Estimated): Summing the reported figures for January to April and estimating for May, Russia likely gained approximately 1,781 square kilometers (688 square miles) in Ukraine during 2025.

If you extend the time period to the past year then total estimated Russia likely gained 4,481–4,781 square kilometers (1,730–1,846 square miles) in Ukraine over this period. This includes:June–December 2024: ~2,700–3,000 km²January–May 2025: ~1,781 km²

This indicates slowing momentum as Russian advances peaked in November 2024 (725–839 km²) but slowed significantly in 2025, with March being an exception due to Kursk. This slowdown is attributed to high Russian casualties (e.g., 160,600 from January–April 2025), Ukrainian counterattacks, and logistical constraints.

The high casualty rate (e.g., 99 casualties per square kilometer in 2025) suggests Russia is prioritizing territorial gains to strengthen its position in potential peace negotiations, despite diminishing returns.

So hardly “gobbling up”
