“Some are on the road to athletic scholarships.” Are those scholarships affected by them coming in second place? If yes then it doesn’t matter. Yes, it is on the admins and coaches, but the individuals do have the ability to speak up, so I included them in the group. When you don’t speak up, you’ve made your choice.
