Glad somebody said it..............
Sanders picked #144
Tom Brady picked #199
Meh 🫤 watching for Cam Ward contract to further weigh in
His father has no business sense if he thought that telling his son to refuse to play was a wise decision.
Do what the other football player did recently. Take a one year and perform at his best and then throw himself on the open agency for a multi-year contract. I thought that was the most smart decision a player could make.
Everyone remembers QB Johnny Football (Manziel) went to Cleveland and flamed out...........
After all the BS and fake hype he ends up with the Browns. Too funny.
NBC has a peacock 🦚.
The Browns now gave bling-turkey, a dodo like bird that struts and fans it’s tail, showing its ass.
The bling-turkey demonstrates so many off color shades and traits, that the male is always alone, separated by its own attraction to shinny objects and it frequently let’s it’s moth overload it’s a$$, not to confused with the Neon AFK-Flack Duck, which is a wise-quacker.
Maybe, just maybe, this is actually a good thing. Now he knows he isn`t “da Man” and nobody is going to treat him like the next big thing. He’ll (hopefully) understand that he has to give it his all. At the same time he will be able to learn behind the starting QB.He won`t be expected to be the saviour of a failing franchise in his first year.
Unloads? Not at all. Carter gave a logical and reasonable assessment.
It was really the owners of the teams that were QB hunting.
Sanders is a PR nightmare for them. If the team doesn’t do well and he’s sitting on the bench, the fan base will call them out. If the team doesn’t do well and he’s starting, the fan base will argue he needs more material around him.
Sanders really isn’t a bad guy. He’s brash, but there are much worse out there.
Quinn Ewers lost even more. He should have stayed in college.
Jaxson Dart might be the best QB in the lot anyway. I can’t see Cam doing much at Tenn.
The draft has been made a spectacle to give the “fans” something to sit and watch on TV anyway.
The Steelers could have had the speedy Sanders.
Instead they picked a fat slow and pudgy quarterback.
Despite what he and his father, Prime Time, think of his talent level, he's not good enough to wield the same pre-draft leverage that Eli Manning or John Elway did. Â He may turn out to be one of the all-time greats, but he certainly got off on the wrong foot.
I didn’t much like Neon Deion, because he always came across as flashy and self-absorbed to me. Over the years, that hasn’t changed much. The guy is talented, but he’s an egomaniac. I respect him, but I think he was part of the problem with Shadeur’s fall.
Maybe Qualer Quift will be there to lift dar spirits by writing dem dar song fur him and eating little Debbies in the booth, while in spring training sessions.
Chris Carter was a HOF receiver, who almost singlehandedly cost the Vikings a Superbowl title, by being a total disruptive cancer, in the locker room. Great hands, terrible judgement.
Rarity for the necessary info to be contained in the "excerpt" so you don't have to click on the link.
As I said previously, the nfl draft is a cross between a slave auction and a minstrel show.
Cris Carter. All he does is catch touchdowns!
Sanders reminded everyone of another cocky college QB whose mouth wrote a bunch of checks his playing couldn’t cash. Ask the Bears how #1 pick Caleb Williams worked out.
Who would want to deal with Dion as his agent ?
As a kid watching and playing (sandlot/high school) football was exciting , painful and an education all in one. Now in my mid sixties I no longer desire to even watch what this sport has morphed into along with the majority of all professional sports. fans are priced out of live games , trying to watch it on TV/cable is insane as you usually have to pay AND watch the commercials. I am at the point where if another NFL game were never played again I would not care. The UFL presents a FAR better game and the players are there for extra $ but also have lives they return to after thier brief season . Tired of all this garbage and I can give millions of millions more reasons.
